I DONT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THEIR WEBSITE. If you can find their products locally please do so. Ordered product back in May 4th. Still no update, I've contacted customer services still no reply. This was a mother's day gift and we are going on the 17th, and still no respond. I've purchased several items throughout the years but this will be the last time I purchase from marc jacob.

Ordered one bag 5/1/2023 & received it 5/10/2023! Beige medium tote! & I just ordered mini tote (sea foam) Saturday 5/13/2023 & shipped out Sunday 5/14/2023 ! Was scared cause of the bad reviews but went for it. loved the purse! Good experience:) will buy more if they keep it up like this!

Terrible site and crappy support

Terrible site and crappy support

when trying to pay with paypal - it just shows an error that it does not work on this site and that you need to contact the seller

then I tried to pay with a bank card - the money was debited (reserved) and an error appeared that there are too many orders now and that I need to try later

this was repeated for a month, I just tried to buy something

support writes each time that she is very sorry and that you need to call them so that they place the order themselves

what nonsense and this is in 2023, I hope someone will pay attention to this review and do something, this is fuc*** up!

Horrible customer service and false advertising

Good morning. On December 14th while shopping at your store I observed your perfume display and purchased three bottles of perfume. The display had the 3.3 oz bottles of perfume and the price. I had a large purchase. Five purses, two wallets, two makeup bags, and three bottles of perfume.

After the sales person rang up and bagged my order, I paid for everything and checked my bags. While going through my bags I noticed that the bottles of perfume in my bag were not the 3.3 oz size as you had on display for the display with the display price and were much smaller but was charged the price that was on the display.

I asked the manager and she said that they didn't have the 3.3 oz display size bottles and that the 1.7 oz bottle was the display price. I told her that that was misleading and I wanted my money back for the perfume because had I know the display bottle wasn't the actual size 3.3 oz, I would not have purchased them.

The manager advised that she could not refund my money even though I never left the store because my receipt said all sales were final. I spent a great deal of money in your store $1700 as I usually do and have been a loyal customer for many years. I am requesting a gift certificate for $150 or a refund because I could have bought the bottles on line with free shipping for much less (pictures and receipt attached) with free shipping.

This was unacceptable and I feel violated as a loyal customer. I've been buying my wife, daughters, and sisters these purses for years and never had a problem or bad product.

I sent this to customer service in January and still haven't received any response.

Beautiful item, excellent service, speedy international delivery

I had email notifications on for the medium tote woven bag, the second I got the email I placed an order which was on Friday 14th April.
After parting with just shy of £600 I made the mistake of checking trustpilot, and stumbled across all the low star reviews.
I did contact Marc Jacobs just to see if this would arrive in time for when I needed it as it’s an anniversary present and we’re due to go on holiday so I was panicking I’d be out of the country if/when it arrived. They were very reassuring and all I can say is my experience has been completely different, couldn’t fault them one bit, by Monday 17th April my item had already been dispatched and I was able to track this with DHL. This is for an international order to the UK. This morning 24th April I have received my tote bag, which is absolutely incredible, beautifully made, and worth every penny. This is my first order with Marc Jacobs and I’d definitely shop again with them.

Be careful when buying from the Marc jacobs website...

I purchased an item 2 weeks ago and my order still hasn't been shipped. I've emailed them multiple times and they said that they would get to my order as soon as possible but still nothing. Ive also called customer service but the person couldn't help cause I've placed an international order. I really want this bag but seeing everyone's review on here is making me want to get a refund. If you're thinking of buying from the website I would recommend just going in person. I really hope my package still comes despite of what's going on but if not, I'm going to get a refund.

Please avoid buying directly from…

Please avoid buying directly from Marcjacobs.com as the customer service is awful. I recently bought shoes that were shipped to UK - I was completely missold the item and not made aware the item will be shipped from US. Item was sold in ££, and no info was given to me about a return process. The item arrived too large and I wish to return it. Upon contacting customer services (three emails) I was told I have to pay £16 to their chosen courier and that's the only return option. I can't return the item to to store nor ship by other means. This is completely unfair on a customer. Additionally when I checked the invoice I noticed the value of the sale has also been decreased from £155 to $28 - probably to avoid custom taxes. Unbelievable that Marc Jacobs store would do this. Now they refuse to help me with the return.
Do not buy from them as you'll have issues returning the goods!

I made the mistake of buying two Marc…

I made the mistake of buying two Marc Jacobs bags for Christmas gifts. I went to their retail store. My daughter did not like the gift and I was only given the option of an exchange. If I bought through Bloomingdales or Nordstrom this would not have happened. I bought the colorblock shoulder bag. It goes with nothing its stiff. The underside shows when you wear it. So eventually that will look bad. The big buckle hits your shoulder and hurts and looks wrong. The clasp is a bit off center. Overall Id say they are a notch above Aldo with a horrible return policy- by design! Once to get it home and try to pair it and realize its impractical and neither dressy or casual and is uncomfortable to wear, its too late to return. If you need to get a Marc Jacobs buy it from a big box store. That way you won't have a problem returning it. And you will probably return it!

Ordered a bag twice that days in stock on website 5 days later they cancelled my order. This happened to me twice the first time I called and placed another order since the representative said they restock every week in the warehouse but I guess that’s a lie because they cancelled my 2 order this morning smh.

Beware MarcJacobsofficial.us site

I came across a Marc Jacobs site which was showing up to 70% off, I had never seen a designer company offer such a discount. This site was marcjacobsofficial.us.com I was close to placing an order but noticed the main Marc Jacobs sign was blurry against a white background which looked odd. Scroll down and the “company” email address was an outlook address. I contacted MarcJacobs.com and spoke to agent via the chat service who confirmed marcjacobsofficial.us.com is NOT the official site. I didn’t place the order so I cannot confirm if you would receive the goods but please be aware it is not the official website

Not good quality but fast service.

Edit from my original review below from a 3 star to 5 star. Since purchasing back in March 2023 i have bought 4 other bags from their site. All amazing quality and pretty fast shipping. I am really happy with the service and quality now.

Original review: I order my tote on Thursday March 16. It shipped out the same day with DHL on a 2 day delivery service. I received it Monday March 20. very quick service. I was worried reading the comments but no issues with that. I gave it a 3 star because this is my first bag from this designer and will be my last if not on a 50% mark down. The quality is not good for the amount I paid. 600$ CAD for the mini tote. My coach bag that I buy for 200$ from there outlet is better quality. So if not for the brand I would not recommend buying. bag is very boxy and feels low quality.

Missing bag

I've ordered 2 mini tote bags and received only 1 number in the package. Written to Mar Jacobs customer service on 5th March and they responded on the 6th requesting photo of the package to see if it was been tampered. I send the photos and indicated the taping was fine on the sides except for only 1 side which I cut open to take out the bag. Moreover the parcel on the delivery label shows 0.4 LB. Is this even too light for 2 mini leather tote bags? Till today
15th March, no further reply from them..even though I had send a repeated email on the 13th March. All the above dates in year 2023 current

Today Marc Jacob reply an email that they are giving a refund for the items that I had not received. And I am happy about their response.

This incident had not occurred to me before until I had purchased 2 bags at one go.

This is my 3rd MJ bag if not 4th if the 4th one was not missing.

Will give it a full star when I received my refund in 7 days' time.

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service! The courier company lost my bag during the shipment. I try to request a refund from Marc Jacobs since 1 week but I can't reach out to anyone, Customer Service don't reply the emails. I keep trying for a refund. There is no telephone number to call, only email address and they don't reply to emails. We pay a lot to these things, this customer service is unacceptable.

The worst service ever!

Pl don’t order if you are an international customer! Ordered the leather tote bag waited all day for the package to arrive. It arrived and when I opened it was gutted they sent me the wrong bag! They sent me the cloth bag instead! So as you cannot contact them other than through email, I did and no one got back to me till three days after! They were not really apologetic and said I had to ship the bag back and order the one I wanted again! Fuming with this response honestly, I sent another email asking if they can send me the one I paid for and if they could organise DHL to collect the wrong item for me! No response! I emailed again no response! So having no choice I had to venture out with my two month old baby and toddler to return the item! I still have not got my refund despite emailing them again! Multi million dollar company with rubbish customer service! Never have I experienced this whether shopping in Walmart or a high end store! Pl educate your staff Marc Jacobs!

Seriously the worst customer service

Seriously the worst customer service. I placed an order on February 24th. I bought the red wallet and red medium tote. I've called and spoke to someone 3 times. And still no one has an answer to where the tracking information is. Every time I called, someone said give it 7 -10 business days, on the website says 3-5 business days. Due to high order volume, its going to take time to ship. But when i got home yesterday, i received just the wallet no purse. I called again asked why i haven't received an email notification with the shipping information. So then women put me on hold to get in touch with warehouse still can't give me any information. Its so unorganized. I won't ever order from Marc jacobs site again
