I have been using Marco’s for about 5 years now. Generally I buy stuff for pizza, now they stock kimbo coffee as well.

Some people can’t read as it states order by a specific cut off for next day delivery.
You then get tracking of where your delivery is so you can go about your day and not miss your delivery.

The quality of the produce is good.
On the odd occasion something may not be quite right I have informed them and they have fixed the problem.

Great products from Italy at good prices

I recently ordered from Marco Alimentari, and I am beyond impressed with their selection and service! The quality of their imported Italian products is exceptional, from the authentic pasta to the rich olive oils. The packaging was secure, and delivery was prompt. Their customer service was friendly and helpful, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. I highly recommend Marco Alimentari for anyone looking to enjoy a true taste of Italy at home. Five stars!

i ordered some food for chrismans because the webside said that they would deliver whith in 3 30 pm

*They delivered FOUR bags of biscuits - all biscuits were smashed inside.*

When I asked for a refund (after providing photos of the smashed biscuits), they said they’d only refund me for 1 bag - I quote: “…As per our conditions, full refunds are only issued when the goods are returned within 3 days of receipt…”.

Nonsense. Would they expect me to open all four bags on day 1 of delivery to check their contents??!!

What a difference from Amazon! They DO have a great customer service.
And the same applies to their competitors ‘myDelibox! who have always been outstanding. I’ll let them know.
