Great Jacket

Excellent easy delivery by Canada Post to the lockbox in my apartment - no trekking to the post office for the package or having to be home to receive it. It fits great and looks fantastic - three of my friends have already asked where I got it. I've referred them to your site.

This is my second order from Marcus. It hasn't actually arrived yet, however the first jacket I ordered is very nice. Fit, style, craftsmanship are all very good. In fact I get compliments on my jacket practically every time I wear it. Thanks!

Do NOT do business with The Marcus Store

This has been the absolute worst online purchase I have ever experienced.
My order number WAM-51069 in an XL was too big.
Repeated attempts to exchange for a Large size in the same (beige) color have not been answered. Replies to my emails have been like responses from a robot/computer that do not relate to my need.
I will never do business with Marcus again. And I will encourage others not to as well.

Very inaccurate sizing and poor quality.

The jackets were supposed to be 4XL but they were actually 2XL and very small in the shoulders. They were also very thin with no proper liner for warmth.

Useless exchange policy

Item itself was as advertised and pictured. However, for an e-store the return policy is the worse I’ve ever encountered, especially for an online clothing retailer.
Although sizes and measurements are posted, the true fit of a garment can only be determined once it is tried on. My jacket was too big, and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. My only options were to either pay $79 to return a $100 jacket (the $100 would be reimbursed, but I would have to again pay $100 to get one in the proper size, net result $79 more for the item), or keep the jacket that didn’t fit and get 20% the purchase of the correct size, net result again $80 extra. Neither I nor any member of my family have encountered such a skewed return/exchange policy with an online clothing retailer. Buyer beware!

Lightweight zipper

I really like this jacket. My only negative is the zipper. It seems a bit lightweight. I struggle to get the jacket zipped every time I wear it.

It took entirely too long to fill the order, poor responses

It took entirely too long to fill the otder. You debited my account on 9/30/2024. Nothing happened for two weeks, so I called. I was stonewalled and received notice the jacket was back ordered. No option to cancel was offered and no specific delivery date. At any rate I gort the jacket on 10/24/2024. Its a good quality, but the sleeves are longer than other like sized products. I will keep the jacket,but will not do further business with your company. The one person I talked to was very condesending, and your customer service program is obviouly broken.
I might have thought of exchanging the jacket, but could learn little of the sizing and just don't trust your business practices.
I should have not been billed until ship date.
These are my thoughts to date.

I tried to buy a jacket from them

I tried to buy a jacket from them, but I had questions about sizing. Their customer service never replied to my questions. That failure was a big red flag for me. Then I read others’ reviews and saw that their reputation did not appear very good, and I deleted the jacket from my shopping basket.

Terrible return experience

Return policy on previous purchase cumbersome and expensive. Why should I have to pay to return goods all the way to Italy ?? My jacket which was too large cost CAD 105 but shipping with tracking to return was CAD 84 ! Not worth it to bother. Didn’t even offer or provide a shipping label that could be printed - and also disliked the nonsense of having to send photos of the packaging and goods - ridiculous.
