Marcus made the selling of my c-line electric, seamless. He gave me clear instructions of the process and offered me a fair price for my Brompton. The whole process was hassle free and there was no difficulty with the agreed sum being put into my bank account.

This team knows Bromptons. It was the most thorough demonstration of the bikes without being condescending. They took the time to let us test ride the electric bikes on different settings and patiently walked us through these fantastic bikes. I wish they were closer to us; however, I expect we will take the time to return to their store because the service is so good.

Great experience from initial enquiry to collecting my Brompton bike. I agreed a fair trade in price with Marcus and he held the new bike for me for approx 3 weeks until I had a free Saturday to travel to London. His team (Dev especially) were super helpful in showing me how to remove the rear wheel (bit tricky on a Brompton) and swapped my pedals and tyres over from the old to the new bike. I would have no hesitation in recommending Marcus and his team.
