Disappointing luxury holiday!

We booked a week-long luxury holiday at the Titanic Mardan Palace through Jet2. Despite multiple calls to both Jet2 and the hotel to confirm a twin room, we were assigned a double on arrival.
The hotel blamed Jet2 and provided a cramped room with an inconvenient makeshift bed. Although they promised to move us and transfer our luggage the next day, nothing was done by the time we returned at 10 PM. After further complaints, we were finally moved to a twin room, but it was a "Classic" downgrade from the original "Premium" room.
Guest Services suggested a third move the following day, which I declined as I did not want to spend half my six-day trip packing and moving without assistance. While the food was good, the poor service and room errors were disappointing for a luxury resort. It did not offer good value for money.

⭐ 0 Star. Avoid This Hotel at Any Cost

⭐ 1 Star – Avoid This Hotel at Any Cost

During the WOFAPS congress at Titanic Mardan Palace, a security officer humiliated, pushed, and verbally abused me and my husband, shouting “STUPID ARAB ONES” and “F* YOU.”**

His colleagues and supervisor did nothing, and Guest Relations refused to help or give names, even threatening to kick us out if the police were called.

Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
