I went to Mar de Conciencia’s first retreat in Mykonos 2022!
The retreat was full of very special details, the way Andrea wrote a personalized welcome letter with a special gift to each one of us, the places she chose for each of the activities and they way they were set up.
The property we stayed in was amazing as well as the location.
The facilitators for the different activities were top people, very well chosen.
I had been through a very painful experience that year, so when my sister told me about this retreat I said yes, and it was the best decision.

I'm usually not the type of person who signs up to a wellness retreat over the summer holidays , however last summer this all changed for me and I'm so thrilled that I was able to experience the magic that Andrea and her team created in Ibiza. An unforgettable experience- from the stunning villa, the private chef and her incredibly nourishing meals, to the well organised activities that ranged from breath work to outdoor cinema nights, every detail was planned and every need was catered for. I am beyond grateful to the MDC team for this transformative trip. I met so many incredible individuals and have kept in touch with many of them - some I will be reuniting with this summer and I consider great friends. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants a meaningful and memorable week.
