I started with Marek Health in April 2025 and I wish that I had started sooner. My health coach Garrett Kiger has been incredibly instrumental to my improved health and wellness and I am extremely grateful to have him as my guide along this journey.

Garrett and the Marek Health team take all of the guesswork out of what to do when it comes to improving your health. Yes, there are other companies you can go with that are cheaper but the quality and direction you get from Marek Health is second to none. I don't ever have to worry about the quality of the products or medications I receive and they are always sent in a very timely manner.

Garrett is very responsive whenever I need to order more products and goes out of his way to respond to my questions about different supplements or protocols in a very detailed fashion. He is incredibly knowledgable and direct and will not waste time in getting to what really matters - delivering the best, most effective, and long term results for my own health and performance.

Garrett has been the guide I needed in starting this journey for optimal physical health and performance, I cannot recommend Garrett enough!

Again, if you are on the fence I highly suggest you go all in - I wish I had made the decision years ago!

I have tried a few coaches at Marek, and Joshua Hidock is the best one I’ve had by a large margin. He is a super positive and encouraging coach who is always on point and incredibly responsive. Under his care, I have seen incredible results: over the past year, I’ve gained 5lbs+ of lean muscle, boosted my overall energy levels, and reduced my LDL and ApoB considerably. Highly recommended!

Marek is great! I’ve been working Marek for almost a year now and the experience has been awesome. After years of going back and forth with a PCP, who would rather put me on antidepressants than be open to looking at my hormones, I finally signed up.
