I worked with M&A Renov on the refurbishment of a Haussmannian flat in Montmartre, and can fully recommend their services to anyone (French or foreigner) looking to start a refurbishment project. Their professionalism, adaptability and positive, engaging attitude were priceless accompaniments in what is often an overwhelming journey, especially for first-time flat renovators.

Mohamed El-Hakeim who was my main point of contact throughout the entire process is very reliable, responsive and attentive to detail, with an incredible memory of all the specific particularities of the flat from even the very first visit. He works in English just as well as he does in French, which was a really important factor that made the entire process very easy. His positivity and good-will really helps build a relationship of trust. As an architect designing my own flat, I had pretty high demands and expectations sometimes down to the millimetre, and it was great to find a company that was able to understand the ideas and requirements from the very first time and work with respect to minute detail.

During the works, we suffered an unexpected and unrelated leak from the upstairs neighbour's bathroom, which caused delays and many new problems to resolve on top of all the planned works that were already ongoing. Mohamed and the entire team acted with understanding and impressive flexibility, and did their best to help fix the damage and adapt to the unexpected delays. I signed off the works with a feeling of great satisfaction.

All in all, a 10/10 service, fully recommend, will work with them again in the future.
