I got my order really quickly. The order process was easy. I was well informed on delivery. I would have given 5 stars but my order burst out of the box in transport so maybe it could have been packed differently to stop that from happening.

Edited to add: Marent Crafts' comment that I have "freely admitted to buying the wrong item" from them is not true; they continue to attempt to phone me, after I have asked them not to due to their staff member's rudeness; they have accused me of using bad language on the phone to their staff, which isn't true; and they have told me they are not responsible for the return postage costs, when the Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes clear that they are responsible. I could go on, but I think I've made my point. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I bought a 100m roll of lightweight fusible interfacing from Marent crafts as the price was comparable to other sites, and I like to have plenty on hand for my dressmaking service.

The interfacing I received is so fragile that it tears at the slightest touch. I have been unable to get it to fuse reliably with my fabric no matter what temperature iron I use, so it doesn't provide any support to my garments and continues to tear even after it's been supposedly fused into place.

I have asked for a full refund, as this interfacing is simply not fit for purpose, and while they've agreed to refund me if I return the roll to them, they are not prepared to cover the cost of the return postage as they say they've not had any other complaints about this interfacing and that this is just a case of "buyer remorse"--which it is, I am now remorseful that I ever bought anything from Marent Crafts!

No matter what they say, according to the Sale of Goods Act they are in the wrong and they should pay me back the money I paid for the interfacing and the postage to get it back to them. I will be taking advice on this, but for now I can only advise anyone not to buy anything from Marent Crafts, as from my experience with them they sell shoddy products and bicker when you ask for a refund. Not good at all.
