Order process is too slow
Order process is too slow. Website says deliveries are sent Monday and Wednesday. I placed an order Monday afternoon, but the order process was not received until Tuesday. That's "too fast" to process an order for shipment on wednesday. The order wouldn't even be sent until the following Monday. You must order weeks in advance if you want to get any product on time. Find another online butcher.

The owner complains they didn't receive the order until Wednesday, but I made the order on the website Monday with an email receipt to prove it. IF that's the case the owner needs to find a new order system. I'm not the only one who has complained of slow order speeds, see more reviews below. Plan WAY ahead if you do order from them.

Buonasera, ci parla di lentezza nel processare l' ordine, ma in realtà ha completato ed inoltrato quest' ultimo solo mercoledì alle 18.10! Come crede sia possibile produrre la merce (trattasi di 1kg di torcinelli, merce quindi da realizzare su ordinazione), evadere e spedire il tutto il giorno stesso???
Forse è lei ad essere troppo veloce e non noi troppo lenti.....
