Ordered coat from marezzi,eventually it arrived with a broken zip and very poor quality, after several emails they agreed an 80%refund and I could keep the faulty unwearable coat ,. It's been 5 weeks still no refund ,no response from the criminals doing this ,i email every day to no avail, I know i am not going to get any refund ,why would fraudulent scaming scum give any money back???

I gave a star only for the answer inf forst email ,because in the and they didnt resend me the money and they dont accepts return,so they sell only photos because protuct is trash,soo i got scamed !

"STAY AWAY" Cheap awful quality fakes.. The most obvious counterfeit garments ever.. False advertisements.... Like others have said, don't be fooled by the flashy advert....

Also don't think, it's OK I will claim back through the card issuer, I've never tried to use that before, so expected it to be easy, after numerous phone calls and emails vanquis bank can find no sign of miss selling..

They sent me the wrong product, refused to take the product back and have not given me any refund.

I placed an order in November with a promised delivery of 5–7 days for a birthday gift, but the delivery was repeatedly delayed with no clear resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer support lacked order details and refused cancellation even after three weeks of non-delivery. When the parcel finally arrived, the items were poor quality and appeared to be fake branded products. Due to the lack of response to my refund request, I had to seek a refund through my bank.

The jacket I bought from the Marezzi website in December 2025 was emblazoned with a bold Tommy Hilfiger logo, suggesting that it was a Tommy Hilfiger product. But when it arrived, I noticed immediately that it was fake because I have had many Tommy Hilfiger products in the past, and what I received from Marezzi was not up to scratch at all. When I contacted Marezzi for a return and refund, they passed me from one email address to another. They eventually asked me why I wanted to return the jacket and I told them that it was fake. Since then, they have stopped communicating with me; have failed to provide me with details of how I could return it; and have failed to refund me. Added to that, the jacket took too long to be delivered - well over 2 weeks. And while I was waiting for its arrival, they kept bombarding me with further offers on sale. Even now, that continues, but they would not say anything further about the jacket I wish to return for a refund even though their website says that items could be returned without quibbles. I believe they are fraudsters.

This company is NOT a 'legitimate' company to be trusted! The products when received are not quality goods, the delivery is extended, and packaging very poor. Could be Chinese origin ??- The after sales service is very 'amicable' but repetitive without any substance. My opinion is that it is a scam company attempting to sell products with very little quality and very little after sales options - attempting to gain a return/refund is terrible/possible eventual 'Dutch Auction' - without any satisfaction. I intend to report them to the Police Fraud Squad and HMRC !!

As I wrote earlier, this company is a scam. I bought a Tommy Hilfiger winter jacket from them. I fought with them for 3 weeks. Finally, after threatening to report them to the police and HRMC, they gave me my money back and didn't even want a return this jackietback. This means they are scammers. They sell fake clothes. This is a crime.

They are criminals selling counterfeit brands and their shop is listed on Shopify and payments are received by them through Shop (Shopify payment system). Shopify presents itself as a global reliable brand. I wonder why they became accomplice to these criminals.

All chineese fake product don,t buy anything. Bad quality. Lost £90 this week.

They send me fake clothing even and I had to bin them!!! Paid £79

Please please avoid at all costs, despite a good looking European style website this is a total scam. I paid £60 plus for a north face jacket marked down in a sale. I should have known better!! The jacket when finally arrived had a Chinese sticker on it and was the most appalling counterfeit, and despite saying a full refund is available they make it almost impossible to return. Shame on them and google for marketing and pushing this scam site!!!!!

Despite paying express delivery nothing turned up in time for christmas. Then when it has in last few days its all fake.
Sizes dont match what was ordered.
Items are not what was ordered and everything is cheaply made with just logos put on
These were not cheap items.
Dont match pictures and now i am being asked to verify everything in pictures for it to be investigated.
And when i quizzed about the tags labels they said different labels are because from a different country.
so all chineese writing is what adidas and north face do is it ?
I am absolutely devastated no gifts for people and now £200 out of pocket

False advertise!!!
They show Tommy Hilfiger jackets and they send you some ordinary fakes.

Do not buy anything from this website. I paid 49 pounds for a cheap plastic garbage,completely diferent than what they let you see on their store.
YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO THE MISTAKE GIVING TO THEM YOUR MONEY.
Is just just a modern form of scam.

Awful quality clothes and way too expensive.
