Very slowly running business
Very slowly running business. I made an order on 17th of November, on 29th today, I am still waiting. Shippment was handled to post apparently with delay of more then one week after my order and payment. Considering high competition in this sector and the region, I definitely not interested in ordering again from this seller.

I should have checked the reviews.
Made an order with them assuming the items would be shipped with BRING since this is the service listed on their website and the fee for shipping was 60:-, I took my work address because my home address has only one BRING service locations and it is not accessible to me, but once the order was made I was informed that it was being shipped with POSTNORD on the order confirmation.
I contacted by email as soon as I received the order confirmation, and then again by phone as soon as they opened their phone lines, but they had generated a shipping label for the order in the middle of the night and said there was nothing they could do to change the shipping method or address. “We can’t just go through our thousands of orders to change yours”. You could, but you don’t want to.
I couldn’t even cancel even though it hadn’t been shipped yet. She refused to help me in any way. Just as others have said, the customer service was completely unwilling to help, and now I don’t know how long this is going to take to get sorted, as the item will probably be sent back to them and it will take weeks. Then, will they even give me a refund? According to other reviews it seems to not be likely.
60:- for shipping for the lowest value kind of shipping I could have been given.

Update: the order has yet to be shipped despite the shipping being generated within hours of the order being made. I am in contact with klarna regarding cancellation
Total scam
Didn’t even order anything because they promised a certain, lower price for a product when you buy at least 10 pieces of it. The price should have been 1,6 euros/piece but in the shopping cart the price was 1,76. Not a big difference but weird and made me suspicious. And again, they promised free shipping when the order is big enough but that wasn’t realised either in the shopping cart! I wrote them email about this but never got an answer.
Horrible webshop..
Returned several things. Never got a refund. Tried contacting their costumer service several times, but they never got back to me.
So basically they stole my money!!

Worst Place to shop anything
Worst Place to shop anything. You don’t even receive the products that you ordered and when you call customer service, their response is “We don’t care this is how we do it”
Paid 60 kroners shipping amount just to get delivered half products from total order and it took 2 months.
Never buy from this disgusting store. Scammers 😡
Disasterous communication on multiple occassions, including deleting an item from my order with no notice!
I've had enough poor circumstances with Ateljé Margaretha that I've felt the need to heed warning to other consumers out there.
Unfortunately, they have exceptionally poor customer service. The experience below isn't the first terrible circumstance I've had shopping with them, but it's certainly the last. I'd rather pay more money on import taxes to Norway than give money to a business who can't even be bothered communicating with the consumer (on multiple occasions) when something has gone wrong with the order... or deleted the customer´s order completely. That's the long and short, but read on if you'd like a more detailed reason why you shouldn't shop with them.

I was given a gift voucher from family for a present. Margaretha made them pay for the gift service - something which none of us have ever encountered with any purchase of a gift voucher from any establishment before.
Then when I went to use the voucher low and behold you cannot use it online (which is not notified to you when you recieve the voucher, or to the purchaser buying the voucher). Annoying, but no worries I'll just call them, as per the brief instruction of the customer service email I received days after my enquiry as to the code not working online.
Firstly, I managed to get a wonderful lady on the phone - my only positive experience with the company - but she accidentally put me back into the call queue when putting me on hold to check (I can only assume she was new, but she was sweet and helpful). Unfortunately the next person I spoke with was absolutely vitriolic, telling me to hurry up because they were busy, when I was attempting to use my learner-level norwegian through the conversation. Furthermore she absolutely did not help me in the use of the gift card - somehow expecting to know exactly what to do, even though they give you no instructions on how to use it with the certificate.
Thankfully my partner stepped in, helped me out a great deal and eventually my order was put in. The lady informed me an item I was after was on backorder. No worries I can wait for that to come in.
Cut to, of course, a month later when my order arrived without the backorder items. No communication from the company whatsoever, and the items are now missing from my order account on their website. Follow up with them, and a lovely curt response of 'we are sold out. We won't deliver it' was given.
So essentially they’d realised they’d either oversold, or weren’t going to get their backorder in, and then decided to just delete it from my account and order, and pretend like nothing had ever happened. I didn’t hear a peep from them until a week after it was due, and the rest of my order had arrived, I went and asked after what was happening. Ridiculous business practices! Also not the first time they’d messed around with items in my order without telling me - just the most egregious as no item ever turned up.
Needless to say, don't shop with them, as they're not worth the time or effort... and you might not even get what you ordered anyway. Only thankful thing is they at least didn’t charge me for the item.
