I had a very disappointing experience with Margarita Bloom. They sent me the wrong color and the wrong size for part of my order. In addition, they claim that I picked up a size 8 in-store, which they consider an extra large, but I never received that item. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund and would only offer an exchange, even though the mistakes were on their end. This has been extremely frustrating and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

It‘s a fraud! I ordered the CARMELA Jacket 2 Colors × 1.
Printed polyester and some pearls on it. Total bullsh*t!

The quality of the dress and workmanship is so bad it is laughable, or would be, if it did not cost $250 US. You cannot return for a refund, only a store credit for no doubt equally crappy clothes. The plastic bag it came in was sprayed with a perfume (or the dress was?) and their return policy says they won’t accept back items with a perfume odor. Very tricky and sly and unethical! I’m not even bothering to send it back (at my expense) for this reason. Maybe I know a child who could wear it for Halloween. 🎃 Just don’t be dumb like me and buy anything from this company. The WORST.

DO NOT BUY FROM MARGARITE BLOOM..THEIR CLOTHES MATERIAL IS THE WORST MATERIAL & TRASH. I PURCHASED A SIZE XL BUT IT WAS MORE LIKE SMALL. I ASKED FOR RETURN & THEY GAVE ME AN ADDRESS IN CHINA. THE PACKAGE I PAID TO SEND BCK W/A TRACKING NUM AS REQUIRED & IT HAS BEEN STUCK IN CHINA SINCE APRIL 2023! USPS TOLD ME CHINA POSTAL REQUIRES A DUTY FEE FOR PICK UP. THEY REFUSED TO PAY SO, WHILE THEY HAV $195 FOR ME, THEIR RETURN IS STUCK AT THE POST OFFICE. I TRIED TO DISPUTE THRU MY BANK & THEY’RE SAYIN BLOOM HAS NOT RECEIVED THE RETURN. I’M OUT OF $246 RIGHT NOW & I’M FRUSTRATED.
IF U DO NOT WANT THIS TYPE OF AGGRAVATION DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU’ll NEVER GET UR MONEY BCK!

I bought three dresses from Margarite Bloom. One didn't fit, another had a broken zipper and the third has not arrived. I contacted Margarite Bloom to return the first two and they don't respond to emails and refuse returns.

Shocking! For the money you expect a beautifully hand crafted dress delivered in a box with tissue. What you receive is a very cheap poorly made dress from China in a grey plastic bag. They don’t even have decency to put the MB dress tag on.

Do not buy anything from here, you can purchase all of these dresses significantly cheaper from AliExpress so save yourself some cash and disappointment by not buying anything from these guys.

Absolute garbage! It took over a month to get the item, and that was after I emailed them. The $200 dress was the worst fabric every, like a basketball jersey, had no tags, and was COMPLETELY see through. It didn’t realize it all came from China, and later saw the exact same dress on AliExpress for $150 cheaper. PLEASE do not be fooled and do NOT purchase from here.
