I had a very disappointing experience taking a loan from this marginal bank.

Customer service was especially frustrating. It felt like they had no concern for customers at all—getting help or clarification was difficult, and responses were slow or unhelpful. Instead of supporting clients, they make the process more stressful.

Overall, I regret choosing this bank for my loan. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider more reliable and transparent financial institutions.

Is there zero? One star feels so generous for monsters like these.

Completely useless bank, customer service sucks the only thing that they say is ”oh sorry” or ”i dont know”. They didnt answer for 2 months and now they just shut down the account for a stupid reason.

what a waste of time with marginalen. 110% not recommended for any category.
I just started the business and they sent me this letter within a month to explain the 25000 transactions I initially deposited in my liquidity account. The funny thing is it's almost a month and still no news and when you call them, why can I not talk to the case officer to get my money back? The answer is you need to wait.
Now I am worried as this bank looks like more of a scam than a bank.

They are just insane. They dnt help you at all. I applied the loan, they approved it and i signed the contract. Then i start waiting for money to come into my account. After 7 days of waiting i called them and they say your loan have been denied and we cannot tell you the reason. WTH

I am not trying to be disrespectful but Marginalen Bank has not business handling business accounts. So if you own a business, please do not open an account with Marginalen Bank!

1. How is it possible to have a business account without a debit or a credit card? While advertising your bank as a solution for e-commerce?

2. Business account with out SEPA? And the worst part is, if you want to make international transfer you have to fill a paper form online! How is that even possible? It is like they are living in 1920th. Imagine, filling a paper to send money? And the customer service doesn't even want to send you the right papers and if you need help, you have to wait 1 hour to get in touch with the bank. Even then you are luck if you get the proper help!

3. You can't integrate your account for example with PayPal or another Payment providers. So with out a Debit card or credit card and without any integration this account is useless. This is not a bank!

Disgusting way to treat customers. Can't get through to speak to anyone making it impossible to resolve a problem they have created in the first place.
Would give zero star rating if I could.

I will close my company account from them shortly.

Completely incompetent staff and the messaging service does not work. The team takes 48 hours or more to answer messages and when they do, they don't review the thread so they have no background and aren't able to answer the question effectively. If you are looking for somewhere to park your money then this bank is decent, but if you require any customer service assistance, forget it.

The experience has been very good the last couple of years!
They have been very helpful and trying to solve life issues/obstacles and so on the best possible way.
Keep up the good work!

Bad experience as a Company owner.
I will switch to another bank asap.
They ( Nadja) provided me incorrect information for my account and the only one thing they did is sorry!
Avoid them and never get any service from them

Just absolutly great bank to work with. They provide the best customer experience and are truly there to help you realize your dreams.
