Avoid like the plague. The item was extremely cheap material and looked nothing like the photograph. Was offered 60% off if I ordered another load of rubbish. I refused and was offered a refund if I sent the item back to China. The address provided was extremely obscure and did not fit into the space provided by a reputable delivery company’s website. There is no telephone number or shop in the UK, all responses are cut and paste. This is a scam company avoid them at all cost.

Totally conned. I bought a dress online and was completely taken in with 'uk boutique' and co.uk email address. Dress arrived 10 days later, dreadful quality, so cheap and material/design nothing like photo on facebook.

Ive just received my parcel from Margot and Grace .The dress is such poor quality, nothing like the description or the photographs shown on the Internet.
Extremely disappointed with this outfit.
Do not buy from this company 😕😕😕

Did not see this review - the review i read was Margot & Grace 5*. Dress arrived after 3 weeks not 5 days as stated. It came from a form called YMT in China not the Uk firm stated. I ordered Xl/Uk14 - dress is enormous & extra long. Its very poor material & design is not the dress advertised! Material is cheap & badly made. I cant give it 0* I had to give it 1*. Best part of dress is the plastic bag it came in. Im now trying to source a refund…wish me luck

I ordered some trousers that were- advertised as full length but they were 3/4 length. Also very small sizing - I am an 8/10 so you’d think a medium would be plenty big enough but they were a little tight on the waist- wearable but not super comfy. The return process was not straight forward and when I discovered they had to be returned to China, I decided the cost wasn’t worth it. I definitely would NOT recommend buying from this FAKE boutique.

Scam. Ordered 2 dresses. Material cheap nothing like the pictures. They were long casual dresses one had a sublet split up the side. But this dress has a split up the front with a wide opening and you can actually see my crouch. I have now noticed the same items with same models on other websites. They came from china.

Their clothes are cheap , badly made and are sent from China - so fraudulent
I bought a dress Medium size from them in May for a friend’s wedding and it took 10 days to arrive.
Once it arrived , it was very actually a size 8 and didn’t fit so I asked for refund the said the PP was £25 !!
The dress cost £30 so it wasn’t worth pursuing a refund.

ordered dress for my sons wedding arrived after a couple of weeks thought this was strange claimed to be uk company. Dress was nothing like the picture and very poor quality, tried to return they said i can kept and have 25% of next order rejected this they offered me 50% off next order kept item i rejected this they wanted me to pay postage back to china so in the end agreed to 100% ordered another item -arrived today 19/12/25 original order was 4/11/25 another poor quality item wasted 45 quid on a load of rubbish - advert claims they are british sisters from london absolutely not all from chain refund policy joke avoid

Absolute scam…it took ages for the items to be delivered, I thought they were not going to be delivered so I contacted PayPal and was given a refund..this was reversed when the items were delivered and’Margot’s contacted them to say I had the order. I had ordered 3 items which looked lovely, when they arrived 2 looked similar the third had no resemblance to what I had ordered.i contacted PayPal again under a new claim as the goods were very low standard and not what was advertised, I was then advised to return the goods costing almost £11. I tracked the package and after going to the Netherlands and returning I thought I had put the wrong address on the package but no…it was sent again from the Uk to the Netherlands and then returned again. The stamp on the package stated REFUSED… I phoned PayPal this time and explained what had happened and I was given an immediate refund…SCAM

If you had a minus star I would choose it!! Please AVOID AVOID AVOID this website!! Ordered a few items costing about £150 in total - every single item was poor quality so I contacted them to return. After a long wait I was told that the return shipping was to be paid by myself - to China costing £80!!! My parcel had clothes worth £150 so obviously not worth returning. Horrible people using a story about ill health to endorse their closing down sale. Again, AVOID!!!

This company is not in Savannah!! Fabric was cheap, sizing was so off it wasn't even funny. And do they offer refunds? No! Free exchanges OR keep the crap clothes and get a 20% refund. The return address is in China and it would cost $30-60 to return the items. To say the least, I am not very happy.

This sight is a hugh scam. Store does not exist. I order a cashmere sweater in Extra large. Merchandise made in china. Definitely not cashmere. A cheap wool that is scratchy. Extra large in china appears to be 115 lbs. It is more likely an extra small. Where do you return it to?? This item is going to Goodwill. Hopefully the can find a child who might benefit from it.

I fell for it. Definitely a SCAM, I knew better!! The merchandise is absolutely terrible quality. My first clue is when I clicked on the tracking information and the date is not in USA order, it is international. Then, I received my first order which is a pair of shoes, I ordered my normal size but when they arrived they were 3 sizes too small, I emailed the company & received a very sweet email explaining that they would replace them at no charge and that I did not have to return the ones that did not fit because it would cost more than the shoes...another red flag! Sadly, I ordered two more items before I started seeing the same photos of outfits, etc but the name of the store was always different. Hmm, I finally caught on. Never order stuff online, unless you know for certain it is a reputable company. Oh well, I fortunately did not spend very much and will donate the items that are not what I purchased.

I ordered a so called Cashmere sweater coat and it arrived with two uneven sleeves and poor construction, cheap fabric, and several sizes too small. I now realize these ads on Instagram are SCAMS! They are offering a return of 30% REFUND or send it back to China yourself which is costly and questionable. This is a Scamming Chinese company!! I heard from them and they said they would return 30% to my account.
I read the reviews and will now wait a few days to see if they keep their word to refund me.

They got me. I ordered a cashmere jacket, two sweaters, a dress and hoodie. Nothing is as advertised. Everything is made in China. Constructed well but cheap material…the dress is thin like a house coat, jacket not cashmere, the hoodie is polyester (not polyester or something not sure what the matérial is. Very disappointing….. I will definitely not be shopping off of Facebook ads anymore.

This is a scam. The products are all made in China and although it says, “satisfaction guaranteed” , it is not because they do not refund your money. They request that you return it to China which makes a return moot.
Quality is also lacking.

Total scam. Lies lies lies. I stupidly tried to send it back to China so wasted even more money. The AI generated website and all of it designed to catch a particular type of customer. I'll be more careful next time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Products poorly made. Has nothing to do with Savannah, let alone American. All Chinese. Refuse to give a phone contact. They refuse to refund
