Just to add some context: about a month before this order, you placed another order for the same product, but the parcel was not collected. We didn’t take it personally — and we certainly didn’t “return the favour” with a one-star review, even though we covered the shipping costs both ways (delivery + return).
As for Trustpilot, it’s most useful when reviews reflect the service: your order was delivered in under 24 hours from the time it was placed. Taste is taste — and that’s perfectly fine — but “I didn’t like the smell” is a personal preference, not a service failure.
