Very disappointed with this service

Very disappointed with this service. I paid for a consultation but never received a call from a doctor. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times to request a refund, but each time the call gets disconnected after a minute or two. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.

Pathetic, horrible and waste of money. I booked consultation, did the payment and waited for my turn. Doctor was online, i was expecting it to the call but asap my waiting time ended it doctor went offline and annoying pop-up of can't connect to sever. What kind of service is this, ig most of doctors are not available on marham they just show online and get the money, that's it.

Marham App/Dr Talat Naseed

Dr Talat Naseed, 40years of experience, charging 4500pkr for maybe less than 10mins of online consultation, prescribed an external use only medication(Cultivate/Fluticasone Propionate) for an oral infection and yes, it did make the pain worse in addition to not being of help (my fault for trusting 40yrs of experience instead of googling a medication before taking it, I guess.) ... The refund will be to my marham wallet if they even entertain it, which according to their t&c, states that it is not applicable if you are unsatisfied with a doctor or treatment (what a joke), and is useless to me now that I know the doctors here are incompetent.

This is a fraud app

This is a fraud app, the doctor doesn’t respond to these morons and they keep delaying my appointment, once the appointment was cancelled they refunded the money in wallet - not into my bank account, so advise for people to report this app. They are total bullshit

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled appointments three times, but the doctor was unavailable and no consultation took place. The customer support was very poor. I sent multiple messages but received no response. Additionally, my payment was not refunded.

Scammers and liars

Scammers and liars. Booked a physio appointment. Physio never showed up. Marham called and confirmed appointment. Then called their helpline and they acted totally ignorant and had no idea what to do. Go to the open market for better service. Do not waste time and effort with these scammers.

Shitty Service!

Shitty Service!
I booked an appointment from Australia. They moved my time without talking to me first. When I opened the app the doctor was offline and no one responded to my whatsapp texts. I kept calling for good 20 minutes on the number that was provided to me as my ¨helpline¨ . When I finally managed to connect with someone through another number I got from google, the staff said they are trying to connect with the doctor and the doctor is not responding. When I asked how would I be refunded he said ¨ you have not read our policy clearly, we refund in the Marham wallet¨. Why the hell would I use your services again after this awful experience. Pathetic scammers

Extremely bad application. They are frauds and by scam they are taking money and make people suffer. After taking money they refund in there own app wallet to make people more suffer. Such a shameful application and company.Authorities should take serious actions against such scam and fraud applications and doctors also should not registered with them.

Review:

Review:
On spt 30th I paid PKR [3000] on Marham.pk to book a doctor’s appointment. The payment was deducted immediately, but the appointment was never confirmed/never booked.
I contacted support on same day via [email/chat/phone] and provided screenshots and transaction proof. Despite multiple follow-ups, no appointment was scheduled and no refund was issued.

This is a services-not-provided case. I’ve now filed a chargeback with my bank and will escalate further if needed.
I’m sharing this so others are aware: confirm an actual booking before you pay, and if you’re charged without a booking, raise a dispute quickly

I am writing to raise a serious…

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding an appointment I booked through your platform. On Friday at 10:15 PST I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Javed Akram and paid PKR 5,000 on the spot.

However, the patient, who is based in Dubai, waited for over an hour with no response from anyone. Despite several attempts to contact your team via WhatsApp, there has been no reply, no rescheduling, and no refund.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. I expect immediate action either the appointment should be rescheduled promptly or my payment refunded in full.

Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.

I am a doctor and my experience with this app has been very disappointing. Payment system is extremely poor — my dues are pending for more than 8 months. The app management is unprofessional, and support team is unresponsive. Marham needs serious improvement, otherwise it is just a waste of time for doctors.

called a doctor for a consultation

called a doctor for a consultation, but she was busy playing with her kids. When I called again, she muted her mic. I tried a third time, and she answered looking unprepared—just woke up with messy hair. Later, when I politely messaged her about her unprofessional behavior, she accused me of misbehaving and refused to take my calls. Honestly, I was left confused and frustrated by her conduct.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. When my appointment time came it was suddenly changed without proper notice. During the appointment the doctor only advised some tests and said he would prescribe medicine afterward. I submitted the test reports to the doctor but he never responded or gave any prescription. I also contacted Marham for a refund as per their policy but they haven’t responded either. Not recommended at all poor service from both the doctor and the Marham platform.

Ppl beware of this scam site n dr's working in it's collabiration

OMG, Never thought such kinda mismanagement n. scam can happen in daylight. I booked Dr Fatma psychiatrist out of many in list just because marham was showing her availability in the morning , I was happily booked at 10:15 on 31st of july , fee was paid (3000) n I was informed half an hour later that Dr was not available so appointment rescheduled in the evening, I protested n asked for cancellation along with return of fee n was denied the return that it was possible after two days.anyway I insisted on return of money immediately but agent started offering other availability drs that I didn't consent on,then they booked another one without letting me know ,meanwhile I lost connectivity due to power failure n they just called me right few minutes before appointment time n said your money has gone to appointee Dr that can't b returned n because ya didn't pick the call being made by Dr so every thing is gone along with fee money....and here I am without consultation, without prescription or meds but with my hard earned money that s stolen by this scam web site, I highly recommend that this site should be audited, closed n be made accountable for deceiving ailing patients in the name of facilitating health care.
