Honestly one of the nicest online…

Honestly one of the nicest online shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. My maxi dress from Maribely arrived within a few days, the sizing was accurate and the quality was far better than some bigger brands I’ve tried before.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

**Edit** website states “30 day free returns in bold clear letters” I have been told the only way I can have a return for a “full refund” is by sorting the shipping myself to China, no pre paid label is offered apparently despite website saying FREE returns.

Item was advised as from UK stock but continued to take longer for delivery & come from China.
The dress was ok quality but not nearly £50 worth sadly and is too big so wished to return for a full refund. As stated on their website “30 day easy return” this is false advertisement.
Refund policy states to return with return slip in parcel, there is no paperwork to be seen.
I proceeded to email the company who offered me a replacement or a return I declined a replacement and wanted to return with a full refund.
I was then retracted the simple return to a “goodwill gesture” of keeping the dress and getting 20% refund back to save the “hassle” of returns which seems to be a return to China not UK stock as stated.
Once I declined again that I want to return the dress which has no use to me for my full refund I was sadly once again told out of goodwill I could have 30% refund back.
I am disgusted at this company, what business refuses returns and refunds it is ridiculous ontop of the fact they advertise it.
I am annoyed I didn’t google reviews first before ordering with these scammers who are wasting my time and taking money from hard working innocent people who do not need to scam others to get somewhere in life.
I would appreciate a full refund for an item I do not need or want.
For a company with so many bad reviews you would expect this issue to be sorted.
DO BETTER.

As confirmed in our email correspondence, we provided return options and also offered alternative resolutions, including partial refunds, as a goodwill gesture. These offers were entirely optional and intended to save customers the inconvenience and cost of returning an item if they preferred to keep it.

Regarding delivery, estimated shipping times are displayed on our website before purchase. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to carrier processing and customs handling, which are unfortunately outside of our direct control.

We’re sorry the dress wasn’t the right fit for you. Had you wished to proceed with a return, our support team remained available to assist throughout the process.

Always a good experience with them, I purchased twice with them now and it has actually gotten better (nice custom zip bag and even got a thank you card with a discount code to buy again at a discounted rate!).

Really impressed with my order from Maribely. I bought a maxi dress for a holiday and it arrived quicker than expected. The material feels lovely and the fit was honestly perfect. I’ve already had friends ask where it’s from.

AVOID! SCAM!

Update to Maribely’s reply: More lies, they never even bothered to ask for photographs - instead I was dismissed, only offered a percentage of the refund. Photos have now been sent but still nothing will be done!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! 1 star is too generous. I ordered two pairs of jeans. Although Maribely advertise as a UK based business with quick delivery and easy free returns, my jeans took ages to arrive as they came from China. The quality was very poor, nothing like those advertised. Sizing was completely wrong and the button holes were missing so they can NOT be worn. Maribely are now refusing a free return, saying that I have to pay for them to be shipped back to China! They said that they only offer free returns for defective items - my items are defective and they are still not offering me a free return.
There has been lots of emails back and forth and the most they can offer is a 30% discount for jeans I can not wear! I am now having to contact my bank in order to try and get my money back. False advertising, lies, and shocking customer service.
I very rarely write reviews but please avoid as it has been a nightmare and a SCAM.

DO NOT BUY!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

UPDATE; Maribely is breaking the law by refusing to follow the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. My item is faulty, as the stitching it loose and wonky, and after sending pictures, they’ve said they’ll only refund me if I pay myself to ship the product to China. This is illegal, as I would then not be receiving a full refund since the price of postage to China is extortionate (mind you, I wasn’t even aware I was buying a product from China as it’s advertised as a UK warehouse!) Maribely are nothing but con artists since they’re happy to be breaking the law, and I will be taking this further as now a company that not only is fraudulent but has my card information, is happy to be breaking the very laws that are designed to protect the industry they claim to be in. DO NOT BUY!!! All of their adverts are AI and not real people wearing their items, which in itself is a red flag. Their website states UK warehouse yet it all comes from China. Takes ages to come despite stating 3-5 business days, which means it missed my occasion by literal weeks. Item arrived in horrific quality, with loose threads, terrible sizing and no tags so could’ve even been worn by someone else prior as it did have a funny smell. I’m in the process of seeking a return and have heard they try to charge for shipping to China, which I will categorically not be paying for.

Poor quality dress and company based in China

Poor quality dress that took weeks to arrive from China. Misleading company information as you think it’s London-based as it has a UK address but it’s not true. Also, you can’t leave a review on their website - they sent an email with a form to complete a review. I said I wasn’t happy because of misleading users that the delivery would be fast from the UK and I still hadn’t received it two weeks on and they didn’t publish my review ir reply to me.
Also, no sizing information for XS, only for other sizes, despite selling XS. This was smaller than a UK size 6 so didn’t fit well. Obviously based on Asian sizes that are smaller, but no warning on the site to explain this.

Avoid.

I would put a no star at all if I could.
Never write reviews but if my one dissuade at least 1 person to order from their site then it will be worth it.
I wish I had read reviews beforehand actually!
Initially I ordered a dress thinking “worst case scenario I’ll send it back” but to send it back is where troubles actually start..
first of all it says London based, it’s not, items are coming from China so big scam here already, owners should be ashamed of themselves
I received the dress in obviously more than the 48h initially announced as well, tried it on as soon as it arrives and did not like the ruffle around the glutes at all, looked in the bag for return info, no informations in the package of course, I’ve emailed their customer service which is probably AI cause after 3 emails I am still awaiting for a return address
They offered an exchange in the first reply which is a waste of an answer and time as I had already expressed I wanted a full refund then they offered 20% refund but I can keep the item, again another waste of a reply and time
I will now make sure this item is sent back and r funded just by principle
What a joke
Save yourselves and do not order from this shit show of a site

SHOCKING

SHOCKING!
DO NOT BUY! Products come from China, despite it stating 3 to 5 day delivery.
Need to refund offer 20% partial refund, or return and wait over 28 days for a refund. Do not buy from website not worth the hassle!!!!
Appalling customer service also.

I have emailed you already about the about and yet you increase to 30%!
Waste of time, and your reply means nothing as you do nothing about it. Website very misleading!

Do not order from this site

*update - after leaving this review i was told they would give a full refund if i took it down. I told them i would update if/when refund was received - I am still waiting for the refund*

Do not order from this site. The website advertises dresses as UK stock available for immediate shipping. It also advertises free returns within 30 days. I bought two sizes of one dress for a party my daughter was going to. The dress failed to arrive within the 2-5 working days advertised, instead being much later so I’d had to buy another dress for the party. There was no return label in the bag and when I’ve requested one I was told that only defective items could be returned and offered 25% refund to keep the items or to cover international postage myself to return to an address on China for a refund which obviously would not be worth it. I have asked repeatedly for them to honour the advertised refund and this process is still ongoing - I’m currently up to an offer of 40% to keep the dresses. However as this was mis-sold I will continue until they honour their advertised returns policy. This website is a scam - do not buy from this company. The dresses received also bear very little resemblance to the pictures on the website.

Seems like a farce company

Seems like a farce company. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans. They have arrived much too short to be a true size 8, and neither pair has a button hole, just some stitching where it should be! Apparently returns can be done via the label in the package, but there was no label im the package.

Resolved quicker - Asian company, poor quality -

Maribely sent me the wrong colour but have resolved the issue by offering me a full refund

I was sent the wrong item and requested a refund, as they claim returns are free within 30 days. I was sent an email offering a percentage back of the money I paid. I replied that I wanted a full refund which is within my rights. Maribely got back to me promptly and have issued a full refund and I am also allowed to keep the trousers.

Not a UK based company

Not a UK based company, false advertising. Website claims they are a boutique in London and delivers in 48hours using Royal Mail yet the clothes are coming from Asia and will not deliver in 2days. Quite disappointing

Was a bit sceptical before ordering because I hadn’t heard of Maribely before, but I’m genuinely impressed. The product arrived well packed and looked even better in person.
