Very beautiful dress and the material is excellent. As described. I am 170cm with 60kg so usually wearing size 12.
The fit is very nice, only I had it shortened a few centimeters to be just above the knee. But that's my decision.
I definitely will order again..

My dress arrived far quicker than I expected. This dress is voluminous with fabric and I’m a tall woman and able to wear it fabulously. I got compliments from complete strangers while walking through the plaza.

I ordered a dress from them that did not look at all like what it did on the web site. It should have been sold as a circus tent not a dress. It is unwearable. Their return policy is not contemporary or reasonable and I am sure is designed so when people buy their crappy clothes online they are stuck with the awful clothes and the bill. They have no business selling online when they have a 14 day return period and instead of making returns easy like good and ethical online retailers - they tell you to email their "customer service" to get some kind of form to facilitate a return? It took 4 days for the customer service to reply and then they said I missed the 14 day deadline. Well if they would have responded promptly I would have been able to return it. DO NOT BUY from them!

It arrived beautifully packaged and the quality of the fabric is wonderful;as is the style which makes me feel so feminine and I am loving the compliments too!

Purchased a dress for shipping to Australia. Arrived fairly fast, really well packaged. The dress itself is beautiful, really well made of a high quality fabric. It’s not the cheapest, but if you are after a quality garment and something stylish that is not the same to what everyone else is wearing, then this is perfect.

When the dress Phoebe -white arrived it was beyond my expectations. The fabric is of an extremely high quality. Gorgeous to wear and I always receive compliments.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company is the same as others who wished to return the item purchased. I have no quarrel with the quality of the dress ordered; it just didn’t suit my shape. But the stance taken by the company through its Customer ‘Service' was obstructionist and full of false claims in order to justify not issuing a refund. Firstly, I was offered 20% off if I kept the dress. I refused this, I had to pay to return the dress to The Netherlands. I did use tracking, which became important after it was claimed the return had not reached the warehouse. After many emails to and fro, including a photo of the tracking information, I was promised a refund within a week. Didn’t happen. I followed up. Promised again and was told of a delay out of their control. Didn’t happen. I then told Customer Service I would be contacting a third party. Still nothing. Luckily I had purchased via PayPal. I lodged a dispute with them, they responded within three hours and organised a refund within a week. At about the same time, I got an email from the company asking me to withdraw the complaint or they couldn’t manage the refund. As others have commented, do not withdraw the dispute. This is just another ruse to avoid paying. A disappointingly negative experience overall.
