I have made two different orders and it has been problems both the times.
Everything looks ok when we order but then no Products are comming, they say that is has been problems with their own internal shipments….
But there is no info of this when you order and pre pay everything.

This company is very shady
This company is very shady. I returned my dress and followed up on return. The company claimed they never received it. I then sent tracking and they claimed they still cannot locate item. After 45 days and me constantly following up, they said they are working on refund. I finally sent a note that I would be contacting my credit card company, and that there practice violates Federal Trade Commission laws, I received a refiund.
Appalling service
I ordered 3 dresses online , 2 days later i ordered a 4 th dress which arrived within 4/5 days, but no sign of my original order. I contacted the company enquiring about a tracking number, as i was traveling abroad to a wedding and was getting worried about the lack of speed with my delivery.
Firstly the customer care is very slow to respond, they give you standard AI answer re how they deal with queries. But i believe they just dont have enough people looking after customer care.
When i did get an answer eventually i was horrified to hear that they hadn’t even dispatched order. Their excuse was one of the dresses i purchased was not in stock as there delivery had gone missing,
I expressed my frustration as i was expecting dresses for wedding abroad. I couldn’t fathom why they never contacted me to explain the problem they had , but also why they didn’t dispatch the rest of the order.
The fact they never communicated left me panic shopping on way to airport. Which proved to be a very stressful experience.
They did offer to deliver the two dresses that were ready to location of wedding. But when i wanted them to confirm they could have them delivered in time .
My three urgent emails were left unanswered.
Then again a standard AI generated response re email are handled .
Personally i have never had such a bad experience with an online website. Their poor communications are appalling.
Based on my experience i would not recommend purchasing from this brand or site.

My first experience with Marielle Stokkelaar and definitely not my last. The quality absolutely exceeded my expectations. The fabric feels incredibly luxurious, elegant, and substantial, and the dress looks exactly like the photos on the website (which honestly is rare these days!). At 5’8”, I especially loved the length and fit — so flattering and sophisticated. You can truly feel the attention to detail in the design and craftsmanship. I felt beautiful the moment I put it on. Very, very happy with my purchase and already excited to add more Marielle Stokkelaar pieces to my wardrobe. ✨

Very disappointing experience with returns and customer service.
Returning an item is unnecessarily complicated. First, you cannot simply return the package through an online portal. You need to contact customer service by email. Then, instead of directly providing the return instructions, they first offer you a 20% discount to avoid the return. After several emails back and forth, they finally send the return documents that need to be filled out before you are even able to ship the package back.
I followed all their instructions carefully and returned the item with tracking. The package was delivered to their warehouse on May 2nd, but weeks later I still have not received my refund.
Customer service keeps apologizing and blaming delays in the billing department, but no concrete reimbursement date has been respected. I was told the refund would be processed within 3–7 business days, and that deadline also passed without payment.
The dresses may look nice online, but the after-sales service and return process are extremely frustrating. Be careful if you expect a smooth return and timely refund.

I found myself in the hospital scrolling through instagram and discovered Marielle Stokkelaar. Imagining myself post recovery wearing the dress i fell in love with boosted my spirits so i ordered it. When i got home it had arrived and i tried it on. Perfection!!! The weight of the material was rich and luscious and the colorations clear and crisp, just what i imagined feeling positive and pretty in. I even wanted the pink shoes, which may have been Gucci..not sure, in any case..pretty, feminine and lively. I am so happy to pushed the button.

After inspection, we were informed that the Dress Ivy White was returned with a stain.
According to our return policy, items must be returned in a new and unused state, with all original tags and protective materials attached. Unfortunately, as the returned item does not meet these conditions, we are unable to issue a full refund to the original payment method for this specific dress.
Please find attached images forwarded to us from the inspection for your reference and the partner service attempted to clean and remove the stain, which was unsuccessful. In this case, we can offer you a refund in the form of a voucher (store credit), which you can use toward a future purchase.

Worth it!
I have been eyeing a dress from Marielle for over a year but never really got around to ordering one as I thought the price was a bit steep and my experience in this price bracket has been extremely disappointing. The new phoebe red print dress was just too good and I decided to try as it seems their return policy is good.
I was not disappointed. The quality is next level. We’re talking higher end. The design was just as beautiful as I hoped, the colours are bright, the fit is top (I am a size 40). So now I am eyeing at least two more dresses that I have been wanting for a long time but never pulled the trigger. I have seen various complaints about quality and delivery, I honestly don’t know what people are talking about. Quality is 10/10 and delivery to Germany was 2 days!
Great purchase
I had been looking at the dresses for a while and finally decided to take the leap on a white dress. Hard to find one you like typically. Totally love it and will purchase in other colors. Great quality and packaging. Highly recommend. Did not give it a 5 as it is hard to iron with the ruffle sleeves but doable with a steamer.
