I pulled up to the warehouse in Nashville to save 650 on shipping the guys were beyond friendly and got me right in a heartbeat. Picked up a beautiful stainless steel fridge for my sprinter a direct swap to a dometic fridge that was designed to be run on propane apparently your average van conversion shop doesn’t understand electric forward builds my last fridge took 6x the amount of power this fridge takes and it was very cheap the handles broke in the first week. Needless to say this Vitrifrigo is amazing and the service was amazing they helped me unbox and offered to help lift it into my van. Also Kevin whom is based out of the Florida shop helped streamline my pick up and make it all a breeze thanks guys we’ll def be picking up all my marine quality gear from marine supply store. Greatly appreciated 10/10 quality 10/10 service 🫶🤙🫡

We received our refrigerator for our boat in a few days but when we unpacked it, it was damaged. We reached out and were told our options were repack it, reattach it to the skid and find a way to transport it to a pick up area at s marina or keep it. Not having lbs means to repack from our slip back to the drop off point was a project. Most importantly was why would you send a damaged refrigerator to anyone and then expect the consumer to pack it on a skid and return it, knowing when you sent it the damage was there. I reached out and was given no real guidance or solution except that what we paid for as a new product was damaged. And they never provided any good solution, It’s been a learning curve . Sending a damaged product after it has been inspected and secure seems to be a new problem. . Lookin for integrity and customer service..

Terrible experience… after waiting 24 hours with setting on MAX the freezer still did not freeze and refrigerator was barely cool. Unbelievably bad product especially at this hefty price.

Replaced my Dometic 3 way fridge with this Vitrifrigo in my truck camper. The Dometic was an electric hog and built like some Chinese tinker toy junk. The Vitrifrigo is very energy efficient and feels solid and well built.
