This is MPS's 2nd request and my 2nd response for this survey, but here goes; My call to MPS was answered by a knowledgeable person who was also polite and knew how many of the items requested were in stock. She also said the items were to be shipped the next day and should be delivered in 2 days, which it was. It was great service by a firm who knows what they're doing.
