I installed it on my unit about two weeks ago and it is doing well so far. This model is comparatively expensive, so I hope it lasts a good long time. It has a Bluetooth interface that works well with their free app.

A/C unit starts very smoothly and very quiet went from 81 amps to 17 amps just hope that it don't damage my compressor. So far lm very happy Richard
Easy install with great instructions. Dropped a/c starting amps from 76 to 26.
I reached out via email before I purchased and was responded to in a timely manner with correct info. So far the Flex works. I Think? I had to relearn within 2 weeks because my capacitor Blew. Maybe related maybe not. Wiring was easy but a hassle to verify my unit. You need to visit the website to find wiring info, not great where I'm located. The instruction sheet was very confusing and I feel incomplete or in accurate. Lights on/lights off working normal, What? Led lights D21, D22, D23, OK-correct Flashes power Led D35, What? Where? Normal LED DS1 What? Where? Faulted LED DS1 What? Where? So I struggled to find correct info on line using my phone, multiple PDF manuals with confusing info. The AC or heatpump unit needs to be on and running before you can connect with Bluetooth. The app works fine. I like seeing my electric info. You cannot call tech support you must go through email. Review would be better if I had correct info included with the Flex unit I purchased. It would be better if the info would be online and not downloading and searching old PDF instructions.
Easy to use and install. Much improved product over the 368 that failrd in two years. Disappointing to say the least. Non-repairable.
Works as advertised. Should save money on electric bill also..
Purchased for use on 3 ton AC which had a inrush startup AMP of 63. With micro-Air startup installed the AMP is 19.1 and I am able to run my AC with a 8500/5500 Watt gas generator. Easy to install, just 4 wires. great support and plenty of you-tube videos on install.
Excellent. 5 ton trane ac unit went from 56 amp starts to 28 amp starts. With all the power issues in Houston it is a must have. Availability is the only issue. Guess that is somewhat to be expected. Wish I had known about these earlier.
