Lost money on Artec Space Spider purchase — no shipment, no response
I purchased an Artec Space Spider 3D Scanner from marinesurveyingsupplies.com. After paying in full the seller stopped communicating and never provided a tracking number or delivery confirmation. My follow-up emails and calls went unanswered.
What happened:
Paid in full for the Artec Space Spider.
No tracking number or shipment proof was provided.
Seller became unresponsive after payment.
I have not received the product and lost the money paid.
