DO NOT USE MARIO'S AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

I bought a 2021 home in Lakeland, Florida. This new home had a air conditioning and heating system installed by Mario's Air Conditioning and Heating in Hudson, Florida. Because my home was built during COVID it had aluminum vacuum piping used to connect to my exterior air conditioning condenser unit instead of the traditional and recommended by the manufacturer copper line. The brazed connection from that aluminum line to the copper fitting on the condenser unit failed. Releasing all the refrigerant. My house immediately turned into a 96 degree oven within hours. I called Mario's for repair of the unit they installed just five years ago. Mario's stated they do not support the product and will not fix the unit THEY installed. But they would charge me thousands to install a new copper line (as the manufacturer recommends). I declined. Because this was such an poor installation it took a week to find a air conditioning company to repair and $700.00 to fix it properly. So if you live in Riverstone in Lakeland check you piping. You may have aluminum piping if your home was bult in 2020 or 2021. And Mario's did numerous faulty and poor installations that will cost you a lot of money! DO NOT USE THEM THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK!
