Everything turned out great except the background color was supposed to be light grey but it turned out white which my customer wasn't a fan of.

I was looking for a 12x24x4 flat headstone for our dad's grave. All of the local companies were four time more expensive with at least 6 months for delivery. It's much better than I expected (because I'm so use to being disappointed by online purchases) and you delivered it sooner than anticipated, which was a huge plus. Working with me, having contact with you work was good. Delivery was not good. They did not come to the door for me check delivery care, they drop the 37 lb. + in a package box and I was outside ran into get knife. Caught FedEx turning around and made them stop get package out of box to open it up and check it out. The bottom plastic edge was broken but the stone looks to be okay. I am 82 and disabled would have never gotten it out of the box.
