The initial stone was to have my son's photo and it was barely visible. They went ahead and sent the new stone and made sure that they check it so that it would be visible. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have the stone remade and resent to us. It is so meaningful to us to have his photo on his stone. I would recommend them to others.
