Markerstudy do not answer the phone for…

Markerstudy do not answer the phone for existing claims.
They will answer new claims (notification team) and those people can transfer you - that might be faster.
There is also a priority number. 01246223004 but this priority number does not answer either. It is one month since I had a van ram into the back of me. Markerstudy have still not told me how much I will receive for my car that was written off.

Impossible to get hold of

Impossible to get hold of to discuss a claim. Hours on hold. Their recommended repairers are more than twice the price of my main dealer. Useless.

Oh, and Simon (see below) - there is no message from Trust Pilot and no way I can get you my ref number or reply to your comment. You must know this, right?

I do not think anyone works here?

I do not think anyone works here?! Why is nothing being done about this company - I agree with all 1 star reviews so far....I am a Special Needs Teacher and cannot be on hold everyday for up to an hour before I lose the will! I am due to swap my Lease vehicle but can't until it is repaired or I will be paying out a lot of money when the accident was not my fault and I have comprehensive insurance anyway.
Ombudsmen here I come! Ironically when I tried to make a complaint the link on their website did not work! It is probably unindated

Don’t even deserve one star

Don’t even deserve one star! Not heard anything from them in a month since I made the claim! Be prepared for hours in hold! I have multiple dates and times to prove this! Avoid like the plague

Totally inept outfit

Totally inept outfit. If you are unlucky enough to have to make a claim, be prepared for marathon "on hold" sessions. In my recent claim I have been "in a queue" on at least 4 occasions, with a total "on hold" time of nine hours over those 4 calls. Along with them forgetting to send you links for their "secure questionnaire" and misplacing my documents in their mail room, the experience has been a nightmare.

DREADFUL!!!! Company. Wife near to suicide in having no communication with them whatsoever despite hours and hours sitting on the phone in supposed queue listening to horrible music.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! and CHANGE YOUR INSURANCE POLICY TO EXCLUDE THEM!!!!!

Absolutely shocking experience with…

Absolutely shocking experience with this awful company. Eventually had to cancel policy to get car back after months , and go with someone else. Avoid avoid avoid,. You have been warned. Dreadful customer service. On hold for hours and hours, shouted at to the point I was too scared to talk to them any more. LV much nicer.

What kind of directors can run a…

What kind of directors can run a company this badly. Takes hours to get through after very poor communication on my claim, having to call to discuss and they're charging me up to 55p per minute for the privilege!

On more than one occasion I have been on hold for over an hour, costing me nearly £60 each time and still not being able to get through! Hire some more people to answer the phone! If my broker suggests you as an insurance company in the future I will flat out refuse and will suggest that they remove you as a partner.

The fact that there are hardly any responses to the poor reviews shows they know how bad they are and are burying their head in the sand about it.
