i today itself deposited 25000 rs traded and made it to 50k ,when i tried gto withdraw the amout, the tranction failed and i asked customer support about this . firstly they Sahil said your bank is not allowing the tranction and then he was saying that yout accout is suspended by the senior because of suspecipous activity.

Very bAd experience when I was in profit and tried to square off it is not happening but when my profits went in loss it got square off the trade......plzz don't do such things people come here to earn not to loose money just because your website not working properly....very bad website...😡😡

Mujhe apke platform se jude huye more than one year ho gya hai..
Abhi tak apne bahut achha kam kiya hai timely aap repayment de rahe ho or customer support team se bhi proper support mil raha hai ..
Par last two days se mera account under obersarvation me rakha gya hai jisaki vajah se me withdrawal nahi le paa raha hu..
Kindly look into and solve as soon as possible I hope aap meri problem ko jaldi se jaldi solve kr doge..

Extremely disappointing experience.

I deposited ₹4,000 and grew my account through trading. After becoming profitable, my account was suddenly suspended for alleged “cross trading/arbitrage.”

The support team was unhelpful and often rude in my experience. Every time I asked for proof or specific trade details, I did not receive a clear answer. I was repeatedly told that a senior team member would contact me, but I never received that call.

What made the situation worse was the suspension notice itself. Instead of clearly identifying the instrument involved, it contained a placeholder text such as “{{Script_xyz}}”, which made it look like even the exact reason for the suspension had not been properly reviewed before action was taken.

When I asked which trade violated which rule, I did not receive a proper explanation, evidence, or detailed report. My account was restricted, my funds became inaccessible, and I was asked for additional documents after already trading on the platform.

As a trader, I expected transparency, clear communication, and evidence-based decisions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this platform and would advise traders to be extremely cautious before depositing funds.

Ye kaafi harsh hai, lekin tere bataye huye points par based hai aur unnecessary allegations nahi lagata.

Full amount not transferred. If I have 1095.04rs. And I only withdrawal limit 1000. That's not so good.
