I started trading with market master…

I started trading with market master pro just a few hundred pounds things went well for the start and they asked me to to invest more money which I did they want you me to build it up to £50,000. I said I couldn’t afford that much I’d already put in £20,000. I ask him to let me have some funds back but they declined. They said I couldn’t get it back do you want? I traded with was zayn and his boss Nathan called me and tried to bully me and to put him more money in. I told them I couldn’t afford anymore. I would like my money back instead. I’ve got no chance and that’s how it stands today putting every excuse to have nothing to do with me anymore. They’re very fraudulent. Absolute scammers people should not have to do with them. my name is Robert Cross.

$20,000 'mentorship' and $10,000 lost in recommended algorithm - proceed with caution

This is a genuine caution for anybody considering getting involved with market masters. This review reflects my personal experience.

As people say, there are always 3 sides to a story (his, hers and the actual truth), it is for this reason I shall simply highlight the facts.

Having cross paths with Ricky and met him in person, I agreed to pay him $20,000 USD for ‘mentorship’. The agreement was, his mentorship would continue until I had simply accrued $20,000 in profit from trading. He mentioned numerous that there was a guarantee if things didn’t work out, and unfortunately I took him on his word.

From there, following his advice I placed $10,000 USD into his algorithm. I wasn’t at that point even familiar with the concept of trading bots, I was under the impression that I would learn how to manually trade. As it transpired, the bot crashed and blew the account. Now, that in itself totally accept, as I’ve discovered the hard way, algorithms do crash. They incredibly high risk. So with regards to the bot crashing, I took the risk, and lost the money. I infact never complained about this at all. Ricky was uncontactable for many days after this, and when I did finally get through to him, I even mentioned how I understood why it was probably best for him also to take a few days to work out what had happened.

At this stage, after around 1 year, and having lost $10,000, I opened up the conversation to Ricky, that clearly things hadn’t worked out and I wanted to active the guarantee where we could agree on what was fair. Something we had spoken about in depth before. As it transpired he had no intention at all of refunding any of the $20,000. I reminded him, that again, the $10,000 lost in his algorithm, I completely accepted, but what was unacceptable was him going back on his word. So ultimately, under his ‘mentorship’ I gained no real insight into any trading secrets at all and lost another $10,000 in his algorithm.

After months and months of trying to get him to activate the guarantee that he had promised, we had an agreement where he conceded that he would put in $10,000 of his own money, into a trading account and after 1 year I would receive the profit. This was under the proviso that I had full access to view the account, of course, or how else could I know? He informed me the money was in a trading account, but that the account itself was ‘locked’ and monetary values were private and hidden. Then a few months later, that the account had also blown. I’ve messaged him numerous times, to ask him simply for some account history or proof of transfer. But what can I expect?… he hasn't been willing to substantiate that he put $10,000 into the account.

I personally, also know someone very well who lost around $55,000 in his trading software. Ricky was again, uncountable for a number of days after this. But again, this was in using the software itself, and so one takes on the risk and has to accept the loss. This is why big banks term algorithmic trading as high risk.

You can see online, plenty of other people who have had similar experiences on YouTube.

Market masters themselves, all had a previous trustpilot account, you can see some more previous reviews on there, under the name MM.

For any reader who has had a similar experience, a good avenue to register the complaint is ic3.gov. It likely won’t get your money back, but it will at least highlight the pattern to the federal agencies concerned.

I'm glad that many people see Ricky as a scammer now. He's a professional thief. He stole $4000 for me and my husband 2 years ago just for a FTMO challenge and even I message her wife who is her complice in stealing people because she lives good life with her husband money and contact her stepmother there was nothing she can do. They are all a thief family who lives a luxury life with people's money without any returns. Ricky and Linda Andrade, Market Master Academy ran away from them they will eat your money without any conscience. If I could put 0 star I would for him.

Is this a scam?

Do not waste your time or money! I joined, and suddenly found myself diverted to Monetio with a trading account. A 'Success Manager' called Carl Berg (probably fake) then started to provide advice, help that resulted in a loss. Once Carl realised I wouldn't invest any more money he disappeared, leaving me with an unwanted account and unable to take the money I had left out of the account. Monetio told me to contact Money Masters about the account if I wanted it to end, which I promptly did. That was well over over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. I have wasted time and money and have been left with a very bad taste in my mouth.

I feel ripped off

I apparently made an investment deposit through this company and then traded to make a profit.
Getting that money out is so far impossible.
I was pressured to invest more but declined until they told me how to get my returns, when I tried they told me I had made a purchase, for some training. no receipt, no communication no service

The Auto trader is a great tool that helped me pass my $100K prop firm challenge with MFF. I see some reviews here that really do not make sense because I am sure those people did not follow the correct protocol on how to use and manage the EA.

I paid for his signals and never got added to a group chat, no email, no text or anything. Then, when I contact him about it he asks for my email and never responds again afterwards. Never got one signal or a refund. Yeah he might be successful in forex but he is a horrible businessman with even worse customer service. I wouldn’t suggest wasting an investment with him I’m warning you now. I have the screenshots to back up everything I’m saying also.

I got kicked out of their trial last year after declining to participate in their expensive master class program. I had planned to commit to getting the signals but I guess they guy got upset because I was upfront about training. I was not new to trading, and do not need any training. Ricky was made aware and he supported the move. I had to unfollow him on Instagram!

Don't make any prop firm with Ricky you will lost your money like me

Ricky is is an inhuman with his angel face he stole my husband and me $4000 that we paid him to take the ftmo challenge for us with the condition that he would give us the money if he lost the challenge he didn't didn't even trade a week and boom he lost it in two days by putting his robot on the account and forbade us to close trades even if we saw that we were winning. I've been asking for my money for more than 6 months but since he's unscrupulous and with aon money he thinks he's above everyone else
I even contacted his mother-in-law who really wanted to help me she did everything possible for him to return the money to me but as the gentleman does not respect anyone he did nothing, I contacted his wife Linda Andrade but as we always say birds of a feather flock together she rolled me in flour and then blocked me on instagram. One day I will get justice because Karma, Nature and God exists.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

This is a losing bot, and there is a discord channel, and when people ask questions and point out the facts about their accounts being blown they simply remove the messages. I have lost over $10k with this dumb bot. it gets in the worst trades and there is no support. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Kept charging after blown account

Started out good, when bots were making profits but then it blew the accounts of everyone and continued to charge $100 for the service even if you haven't used it. Wouldn't recommend it. Support staff is like a robot repeats the same thing over and over, 0 human factor in them, they kept insisting they give no refunds only if cancellation is requested before due date. Blown or not blown account it doesn't matter they want their little paychecks

Ricky is unprofessional, his bots look promising but will leave you broke.

Stay away from Ricky’s bots. They gamble and use horrible risk to reward ratios. However my biggest complaint was that I was removed from the discord upon saying that I was going to close my trades but I wanted to wish those good luck if they decided to hold out, as we had been holding losing trades for DAYS on EURJPY. Had over 20 open positions and 60% drawdown which ended up becoming even more after I left as EJ still kept trending up. As a paid member I did not deserve to just be banned from the group without warning or even an explanation. My advice, do not trust Ricky. He is unprofessional. He also blocked me on Instagram once commented on his photo asking what was up with my removal. Hope people learn from mine and other’s expensive mistakes.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Signed up for his automated trading, and even after paying, I never got access, and when I reached out to Ricky, not enough that he ignored all messages, I was also kicked out from the group after expressing my concerns. I think he has too much going on, and he promises without delivering. Did a dispute through my bank who sorted it, but be aware and stay away

Great experience with Market Masters Academy so far!

I've had a great experience since I've joined Market Masters Academy. Ricky has learning material suitable for beginner through advanced, daily signals, and weekly live technical analysis. This morning alone I made $150 of his trade by simply copying and pasting his trade into mt4. Too easy, definitely recommend!
