I saw their product somewhere else and tried it myself. All I can say is there is nothing to blame on.
Powerful but steep learning curve to get the most out of it.
Well, time flies but Marketo is the same=)
% years ago I've joined an IT vendor who used it. There were some pros and cons but overall quality of service and available features were more than good. Actually it was a blast at those years.
Now I've joined another company and they implemented Marketo.
From this point (I worked with salesforce, hubspot, optimove, exponea and many other well known vendors and main challengers) I could say that they lost their track: same uncomfortable UI, lots of problems, non responsive support and really sloooow scripts.
Maybe Adobe decided to cannibalize their clients after acquisition but my advice if you're thinking to onboard it - skip to any of challengers.
Good: database structure, pricing.
Bad: UI, LP editor, old tech, annoying support, no options to skip a contract
Marketo has great functionality and email deliverability. It's a little pricey, but competitive in the marketing automation space.
