Appalling Service/Bad Attitude

These people don’t deserve to be employed. The first time they put my filling in it fell out a few months later. When they redid it, it fell out a week later, exactly seven days after they put it in. The next appointment they cancelled as I was in the waiting area. They were then going to charge me £75 to have a different dentist fix problem and then blamed me for it. The chav at the reception desk then went and blamed me for it falling out as they apparently told me it was a temporary filling and that it would fall out in a matter of days. This not only rubbish but completely and utterly fictional. The dentist didn’t even speak to me let alone say anything about it being a temporary filling. Was it said using telepathy?? What a joke. A useless dentist who has lied on paperwork. I wouldn’t trust this bunch of lying morons in a million years. Look at the amount of shocking google reviews they have. What do these idiots still have jobs? Why is this shoddy practice still open? Disgusting way of talking to patients. Even made me question whether or not the dentist was qualified. Close it down and do the town a favour. Would rather pay then put up with liars. Won’t pay them a penny. They can’t even do their job properly. Pointless waste of time

NHS referral.

NHS referral.
After my dentist was unable to remove all my tooth,I was referred to this dentist. I was seen by an oral surgeon Dr Okechukwu. He didn’t talk much but was very efficient, and his dental nurse Sophie was so lovely and reassuring that I didn’t mind the doctor didn’t say much, they are a great team and work great together.
The reception staff were welcoming too.

One of the worst places

Since March (it's July now) 3 appointments were cancelled through text message, one unwanted appointment (with irrelevant to me specialist, so wasted time for another patient). They never call to you personally, like you don't deserve a dignity to apologise or explain why your appointments are regularly cancelled. Call center staff is very unfriendly, except once time, when very lovely lady at least sounded sorry and willing to help. This practice provide more stress than care. Unbelievable people.
