I purchased MarketPlan.io Lifetime Deal,
These features were explicitly stated at the time of purchase, and I paid in full based on those terms.

Unfortunately, after some time, the company unilaterally changed the agreement, revoking access to the features I paid for and imposing a monthly subscription model instead. This was done without notice or consent, which in my opinion constitutes a serious breach of contract and misleading business practice.

I strongly recommend reconsidering before investing in this platform until they prove they can honor their commitments to paying customers.

Scammers. I paid for a lifetime deal, and they canceled it. How stupid can you people be? Do you not understand the negative repercussions this will bring to your product and brand? Why not incentivize founding members to promote your product instead of stabbing them in the back? I’m never buying another LTD again — this has happened too many times already.

Like many others who paid for the lifetime subscription, I was also deceived. In August 2022, I purchased and paid for this platform, and now in 2025, they canceled all lifetime accounts.

They do not fulfill what they promised. From the beginning, the platform has not delivered what it promises technically, but I made the purchase thinking that in the future the bugs would be fixed and I could use the tool and profit from it.

I do not recommend that you trust this company or any of the group.

A year and a month ago, I purchased an LTD license from Marketplan.io. Today, they informed me that they will permanently close my account unless I pay a monthly subscription. The company and its CEO refuse to take any responsibility for this, much less retain their customers' accounts. If you don't want to be a scammed new customer, simply escape from this fraudulent company.

Andres, the current CEO of Marketplace.io, also owner of convertpages.com (visible on Appsumo) will have to respond to multiple complaints in court for this alleged scam, including: Breach of Contract: Liability for failing to uphold the terms of the LTD license (the promise of "lifetime access"), Misleading Advertising: Charges for making false or misleading claims about the service,
Unfair Business Practices: Violations of consumer protection laws,
Fines and Penalties: Possible fines imposed by regulatory agencies such as the FTC in the U.S. and Europe, and Compensatory Damages.

Untrustworthy company. They change their offer terms even after you have already paid. Very shady business practices.

I purchased a Lifetime Deal with the promise of having access forever. I never even used the platform, because it was broken and unusable from day one. I bought it as an investment for the future, hoping it would evolve into something solid. Instead, after years of waiting, I received an email saying all LTD accounts were being terminated.

No warning, no refund, no respect. Just a cold “thanks for supporting us, now pay again if you want to keep using it.”

This is not how you treat early supporters who believed in your vision when no one else did. You took our money, gave us a broken product, and when it was finally starting to improve—you pulled the plug.

This kind of behavior is exactly why people are afraid of LTDs and early-stage SaaS companies. You’ve destroyed trust and shown your real face: unreliable, opportunistic, and short-sighted.

Avoid at all costs.

There was a lifetime deal when they came out guaranteeing lifetime access as an early adopter of their platform. They then sent a "we appreciate you helping us to grow, but we are cancelling your plan" email. This is despicable and a terrible way to do business. They went back on their word and their promises. They took all of the money that was INVESTED in it to learn and build a better product, but then turned on their investors and dumped them when it was time to relaunch. Buyer BEWARE. Completely shady and unacceptable.

Unfortunately we can't recommend this company. Years ago we purchased a lifetime license for this platform when it first launched. It wasn't ready but we saw it as an investment in the vision. After waiting through years of slow development, bugs and delayed updates, we were finally feeling hopeful we would be able to use the platform for our business. However... we were then informed that our Lifetime accounts were being discontinued and we would now be cut off. Incredibility frustrating and a waste of not only our initial investment, but the time and energy spent using a platform that wasn't fully functional.

My colleague reached out to see if they would reconsider, but they would not. With software platforms rising and falling like the tide, trust really is a must. This decision not only breaks the trust of their early supporters who believed in your vision - but it also raises the concern of whether future users can trust MarketPlan.io as a reliable platform to build their business processes on.

I hope they will reconsider, but for now this review stands and we will certainly be more careful when supporting early startups with such offers in the future.

The software is unreliable, crashes regularly, and often loses your data. Don’t waste your time with this. It’s rubbish!
The owners and support team also have no interest in their customers. Responses take weeks if at all.
