This is by far one of the worst brokers…

This is by far one of the worst brokers out there. Useless customer service and withdrawal delays. And yeah you cant trade crypto on weekends in 2024. If you want full control of your money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER.

Broker Liquidation Despite Stop-Loss

During the news event (CPI), the broker liquidated my account even though I had placed a stop-loss order (SL) that was triggered. However, the market continued to move against me, and despite the stop-loss being triggered and leverage/margins saving me initially, I ended up losing 1.8 times the amount I was originally risking. When I contacted the support team, they provided irrelevant information that did not address my concerns and contradicted the evidence I presented.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, broker not comitted to his own announced bonus plans.
SL do not trigger all the time which leads to liquidation! Orders sometimes do not go when you put them, yet, you suddenly find out that it was executed and appears in your opened position after several hours! Customer service have no solutions or feedback! When I asked to close my account they sent me an email as part of their formalities asking why am leaving, I told them am ready to explain everything and I've been treated unfairly in markets, I received a reply email from who looks like head to the office or region saying that we will process your request as soon as possible. Since then, no one called or emailed even to inform me that the account closing is done!
