Extremely wide coverage
Extremely wide coverage of stock markets (incl. excotic ones such as Cyprus and Vietnam) and in my experience pretty reliable - I previously had subscribed to premium information services from the Financial Times and they had less coverage and more problems with obviously non-sensical numbers.

No customer service
I do not have experience with paid service of marketscreener.com yet. But the customer service is cathestrophal. They do not have phone number for contact, only callback and message leave service. I tried multiple times (4 or 5) callback request, not even one time they call me back. Leaving message (6-8) times, just responding (1-2). That miserable customer service is the point, I stayed away from subscription.

I have asked them several times over the last 6 months to remove my date - they never fully do it this and now are abusive to me when I ask. Complete breach of GDPR and other privacy laws. I want to speak to a senior manager immediately.

Crashes. Important tool but has to be improved
We experience several crashes with the App in 2024. Watchlists not working. Please fix these issues asap.
+ Newsfeed for single stocks and markets
+ Watchlists
- no overview for different trading places and volumes
- sometimes exotic market places for some stocks only
- overview of analysts statements can be improved
- frequent downtimes in the App for iOS, watchlists not loading
- ETF reporting can be improved

The definitive guide to listed companies
The web site is outstanding and allow users to have multiples view on listed companies around the world.
A suggestion from my side: in the financials of every company it is useful to have the ROIC ( Return on invested capital) and EVA ( Economic value added).
