So far I am loving the experience! So far the most frictionless and impressive sales platform I've ever used. Already sharing with others because the bigger players are so slow and restrictive. I'm very happy to pay 15/monthly rather than the standard 30% extortion

Outstanding experience so far!
The platform is easy to use and the founders are super friendly and always ready to help. I've switched from another (more expensive and more well-known) platform because Marketsy is simply better!

So far so good! The owners are SO helpful and kind. I have my store up now and IM LOVING IT!!! I told them to "high 5 each other" for making an online store easy and fast to update and edit! I thanked them for making this fast and easy and looks so good. It really is so easy to add your YouTube videos in site and linked to. They have lots of great features and are adding more as we speak!

I am a seasoned Hollywood producer/director and did have an expensive vod pay per view site but ditched it. Mainly because of cost NO customer support or service and zero care all for fees starting at 200 mo
We can all agree chatbots do not count. This is where this new company marketsy.ai sparkles. The marketsy ai site creator took some getting used to but its pretty easy now. I love the tiers so you can have customers rent or purchase pay per movie stream, per download, or subscribe even offer day passes. Whatever you can throw whatever you can imagine it can do the job, The customer care is simply crazy amazing. Imagine a world with no bots just kind professional help that's right in the chat box on the platform screen. Even more amazing the customer care is the owners the creators. The guys that know the platform. Beyond words its simply amazing I love what I have been able to create with it and am confident the platform will reap great benefits financially for my studio over time with our content.
The platform also has seo and the ability to upload files movies trailers etc or link to your private video server or host...amazing.... all for around $49. per mo. not 150, not 200 or 500 or 1500...If you are looking for a solid vod option jump on the bandwagon you will not be disapointed. Thank you to the creators of such an amazing vod ppv platform just when I needed it.

Last year in November 2024, we moved our eBooks and Video courses shop to Marketsy. The reason we did so was that after 6 years, our former storefront provider/marketplace had gradually developed in a way that wasn't suitable for us any longer.

After doing a lot of research and having contact with several marketplaces, we chose Marketsy because apart from offering the functionality we needed, we immediately had excellent experiences with their customer support.
In fact, you have direct contact with the founders, they respond fast, they really listen and quickly make changes to their platform if extra functionality is needed, or if you discover a bug/glitch.

For us that is important: to be listened to. Nowadays, it's so hard to really receive great customer support, so Marketsy is really a big relief. In addition, you really see that they constantly put lots of effort in improving the platform, just to make it better and better.

Marketsy is a relatively new player on the market for independent publishers or sellers, so there is still a lot of work there to do to grow to a fully established and mature platform. Nevertheless, I am happy to have found them and jumped on the wagon and being able to grow together with them. I have a firm belief that they will succeed in becoming a major player in the storefront / marketplace scene.

I think Marketsy is great for small and large sellers, for newbies and experienced website/sellers, and the monthly costs/price for sellers is very, very reasonable, honestly probably giving the best price for value in the market today.

The user interface/dashboard is easy to understand and to navigate, and actually all works pretty smoothly.

I could go into the details of the functionality the platform offers, but that would be too much, of course. I would simply test it out if you are looking for a easy, robust, and seller-friendly storefront provider.

The company is doing well with the simplicity and easiness of the platform, this is probably your biggest unique selling point as well as having a website somewhat made already with AI on the first go.

They were there quickly for every problem I encountered, and they solved them. Already their AI tools are sublime, the service is even more so.

Marketsy connects to my unicornplatform website. As someone who works with a friend who needs a no-code solution due to her limited tech-expertise... it was really important to her to be able to export/show her products as an e-commerce-like showcase.

And when I had qs, the marketsy.ai team were really helpful and responded super quickly.

Furthermore, as I am doing local Southeast Asian startup, we can't really pay much for subscriptions. It requires a lot of revenue to justify balancing multiple subscriptions. So it being free is allowing us to actually get startedup!

I also enjoyed how easy it was to use marketsy. It was easier than Shopify/Etsy and a few other platforms. It is also more useful since it has that AI generator thing and drag/drop images and they become products on the product showcase. So it saves a lot of time.
