WARNING-- do not buy anything from this company, they sent me the wrong branded jacket and refuse to give me a refund. They use false advertising. The jacket they sent me is cheap fake quality, and sells in the Australian Chinese stores for $50....

Reviews on their website must be paid for.

The jacket is plastic!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before I…

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I read up on a site that must of been sponsored or created by them. These are professional scammers. I will be taking this further with consumer affairs. I have ordered up a size in it was on the small size only to wait close to 30 days to receive a very small xl. I contacted them many times as the order was taking far too long to arrive. I contacted them and I received a message back informing me that policies and procedures are not to issue a refund or exchange on sale items. This conduct is misleading as I went by the measuring chart provided by them measured exactly to their size chart and thus it is misleading as I did not receive what was in the contract of sale. very very bad form.

Very disapointed

Very disapointed. The jacket I received is of really poor quality. The fabric feels like plastic and it is poorly stitched. The label is from ZARA (a Spanish store that I know well) which I wasn't expecting. I could have gone directly to the store. It looks cheap even for the real price that shows in the pricetag.

SCAM!

Aweful! Total scammers. Jacket sent was far too small (fit my size 8 friend im a size 14!) Dispite the fact I measured myself and used their own size guide to make sure I got the right size, they claimed it was my fault for getting the wrong size as it's Asian sizing - this shouldn't matter if I measure myself!?. It's fake leather not actual leather and it's pretty cheap. Cost me £60 for a jacket that might be worth £20 max. They wouldn't let me return the faulty jacket or give me a refund (which I think legally they shouldn't have done as they sent me a faulty product) claiming it's because they're going out of business. They eventually offered me some money off my next purchase but I am never buying their overpriced poor quality products again! Please don't buy from them! I wish I'd read these reviews first!

Also they have had a 'final sale ending today' on their websight for at least a month now.... I will be reporting this to the sale ombudsman.

No stars. Absolute scam. Not at all as advertised. All said on other reviews. PU jacket not leather. Paid £52 supposedly reduced from £220. Advertised elsewhere on ebay for £13.99. Parent company is Vers Industries based in Lithuania. Dispute going on for months with paypal. Last offer, they will refund if I return tracked to Lithuania!!! I dont think so. What are Instagram and Facebook doing allowing them to carry on advertising? Last day of closing down sale been going on for months. Fingers crossed I will finally get somewhere with paypal.

It is a scam

This company is a scam. I bought leather jacket from Mark & Morten but received Zara jacket instead! And of course they argue I so not qualify for a refund! Furthermore, another item from the same order was supposed to come separately but I never received it! Again - no refund!
Do yourself a favor and do not buy at Mark & Morten.

Do not order! This is a scam.

This is a scam, the size is ridiculous. Comes from AliExpress, but not directly so you can’t send it back. Went straight from the mailbox to the bin. Nobody wanted it because of the ridiculous size, ugly color and terrible smell.

I was super nervous after ordering from this company. I received no tracking information and only an email that said the package was ready for pickup, not even that my package ever shipped. After about 7 weeks from ordering I lost hope on ever getting it. Until I checked my mail box the other day and it actually arrived. It wasn’t even close to the jacket I ordered. They just gave me a random one in the same size but at least it showed up. It doesn’t feel very durable and it smelled kind of oily but like I said- at least it showed up.

Scam. Plain and simple. They won this time and got my cash. I'll put the jacket straight in the bin and wrap myself on the knuckles for being so stupid as to fall for Facebook advertising.

Scam

Scam. Jackets are fake, they are not real leather they are PU jackets from Schein. There is no sale or business closure. 'Customer support' email will refuse refunds or returns as they state it says in the small print that jackets are 'vegan leather'. Purposely trying to confuse and scam people into buying a fake bargain.

This is a terrible jacket and it stinks of fish

This is a terrible jacket. It is not real leather at all. It is 70% PU and 30% polyester. It was reduced from £350 to £80 For an apparent warehouse sale and they claimed it was real leather. It is ugly, short and wide and short in the arms and the worst part is the smell!

It reeks, of fish. I left it outside undercover for 6 days to let the smell go as I thought maybe it had been stored in a fish factory. But it still smells just as strongly and now I’m thinking it’s the glue they have used to make the jacket.

Sadly I bought two, one for me and one for my boyfriend as a gift and neither can be returned as they accepted to returns.

Do not be scammed as I was. £200 down and I can’t even sell it because it reeks.

COMPLETE SCAM. These are SHEIN products.

Really glad I managed to swerve this one. Mark & Morten is 100% not legit. I had ordered a jacket from them after seeing the Instagram ad, and realized a day later the company was a scam after seeing some negative comments. I was quickly able to call up and cancel my order (they did actually refund me the whole price which was nice). You could tell the company was not legit though just from the customer service interaction. I was shocked today to find that the jacket was actually mailed to my house still (they must have been too disorganized to stop it from shipping out even though I got a full refund?) and was so pissed by what I got. The jacket smells AWFUL and is polyester and fake leather. It also has a huge SHEIN tag inside (if you go to shein’s website you’ll see they sell the SAME jacket for $30). I got a free jacket out of it and my money back thankfully, but everyone else avoid this company like the plague! It’s an awful product!
