David was friendly, explained my options very well, and was happy to answer my many questions when I came in to see options and pricing. When we came in to buy the sales lady did not seem happy to be there or wanted to answer our questions.

Treated me great. Son also bought a set.

Mark’s has great mattresses and great prices. I’ve bought 4 or 5 sets from Mark’s and the employees are all great to deal with. I believe the latest person I dealt with was Jeremy and he was a pleasure to work with.

Bought the Sleep Natural mattress - king size. Bought the adjustable base.

1. Sleeps great - it's in the main bedroom.
2. Great price.
3. Knowledgeable, courteous sales staff.
4. Made in Tennessee!

Our second mattress from here. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick and easy delivery was as-promised. We slept 11 hours straight that first night.

We needed a queen mattress set for an upstairs guest bedroom. After hearing Dave Ramsey advertise for this store, I gave them a try. They had a great deal on a Beautyrest Silver set. My wife and I have been discussing for months replacing our king set in the master bedroom, so after deciding on the queen, I browsed king. They had a Beautyrest Legend set that sells for $4099 at Mattress Firm. With Marks digital coupon, $950! Incredible deal, so I bought it too. They delivered both an hour later. $100 delivery fee, and this is an outlet store so no warranty, but how many mattress warranty claims have you ever filed? This is the only place I'll buy mattresses going forward. We literally saved thousands.

The advertising is deceptive. They advertise that their mattresses are 50-80% cheaper. Not true.

The guy working was very kind and made us laugh and helped us out on which bed was perfect for us and got us to get the perfect pillows we needed with the bed!
