Further to your reply I would point out that none of the paints that I have used prior have washed off after just 16 months.Previous paints used include sandtex and weathershield. As to whether anything had been added to the paint I can confirm it hadn't; also the spare drum of paint which was 90%full had been resealed the same as it had been delivered.
