Great Customer Service
Upon trying new dog food I didnt quite underdstand the process so had to get hold of them to arrange a return.
It is a bot chat but if you email them they are very quick at giving the info needed for assistance.
The dog food is of good quality but the return was due to an over order.

VERY INFLEXIBLE TO CUSTOMERS
Been a customer for some time. I tried to place a new order but in error I placed 2 orders. Immediately within an hour emailed the company to ask that one be cancelled but days later I had a “standard” reply saying the one could not be cancelled, I was charged for the two orders. I AM NOW A EX CUSTOMER -and I would warn others to explain how inflexible this company is operates from.

Marley Bones are a lovely company. It's super easy to alter delivery dates and orders to suit you and your pup. My jack russells love delivery day and it's great knowing I still have all my freezer space and don't have to worry about forgetting to defrost. Highly recommend their treats, too. My fussy girl doesn't find anything higher value!

Omg where do we start! We started using Marleybones cos we travel a lot and not all accomodation we stay in has a fridge. So these are prefect! Rocco loves his marleybones meals and they are gone in seconds! Not only the meals but hes huge fans for their treats too.
