I just bought a replacement paddle board from Marlow SUP Centre. Really helpful and informative with the option to try before you buy. No hard sell or add ons. Simple, quick and easy.

First experience was of a super quick delivery of my paddle board. I had no need to unbox it initially but when I did 3 weeks later and inflated it there was an issue with my board, a small air bubble initially which, when inflated fully, turned into a fairly significant one. Contacted Marlow SUP and Guy sorted everything out brilliantly, even allowing me to make changes to my original purchase.

I bought my first paddle board from Marlow SUP Centre. I spoke with Guy who gave me some great advice and helped me choose the right board. Delivery was quick and the service was faultless. I'd definitely recommend this company.

I brought a Gladiator light 10.6 from Marlow Sup Centre in August, having never used one before, guy talked me though all the different options we could purchase, and recommend which one would be best for us.

we could not be more happy with the board he recommended, we have used it plenty of times on the river and the sea, it is a great board for me and my daughter to use together and on our own.

Guy was very helpful after sales as well, when I had questions about the board the first time we used it, he responded straight away.

Didn't expect to be able to buy specific Gladiator Elite paddleboard so locally, so it was great when I called to find out the exact model was in stock. The owner (Guy) even carried the big box to my car and threw in a waterproof phone case for good measure. Can't beat that for service! Thanks, Guy!

Guy was so helpful in giving us advice on the best paddle board to meet our needs. As novices we were pretty clueless but came away knowing we’d got the best board for us. Great service from Guy. He was able to help with my paddle board choice and I was able to collect my board in person the next day (free delivery was offered but I was too keen and live locally). I love my new Gladiator Light paddle board and have just returned from a fantastic week in the Gower peninsula where I used it everyday :) Would highly recommended and nice to buy locally when possible. We purchased a Gladiator PRO SUP to compliment our array of canoes and kayaks on the water. Having an inflatable SUP we decided was ideal as we could transport it with our Canoe to the river.
We were recommended a Gladiator SUP by a friend who is a watersports center manager and are very pleased with its quality, ease to paddle and assemble. The paddle is also pretty reasonable for one with a nylon blade as well, not too heavy and plenty still enough.
Guy, at Marlow SUP center, was very supportive, ordered in the SUP and kept us always abreast of delivery schedule etc. Guy also directly delivered to our house and made sure we were happy and confident with our purchase.
We certainly recommend buying from a specialist store that can support, advise and let you trial the SUPs. As experienced kayakers, we were confident and have the safety gear, but it is worth checking it out with a shop before you invest. Give Marlow a call, they were great, happy to recommend them.

Guy from Marlow SUP Centre was extremely helpful. I made an initial telephone enquiry during which I was provided all the information I required. This was followed up with a comprehensive email detailing my options. I ordered a Jobe SUP which was well packaged and delivered promptly so I am a very satisfied customer.
