This was an amazing shopping experience. They were so helpful and couldn’t do enough. The rug I bought is beautiful and was packed and shipped immediately. I highly recommend this shop and hope I will be able to visit them in person at some stage.
I recently visited Morocco and one of the highlights of my trip was visiting Maroc Artisan. I absolutely love the rugs we purchased but mostly the people who helped us were amazing. I can’t say enough about Maroc Artisan. Their rugs are exquisite!!

Warmest wishes from all of us
We bought a carpet and are very happy with it.
A very nice shop, dedicated and friendly people, good carpets and they do as promised. After a few weeks the shipment arrived with our beautifull carpet
From the moment you step in, you are welcomed with a warmness of home. They will make sure you’re comfortable and serve you hot Moroccan mint tea while they put on a show for you, giving you all the information you need about your new rug or blanket. They make the process easy wish shipping it home for you so you don’t have to worry about luggage space. My package got delayed by the shipping company and MarocArtisan didn’t stop until my blanket was delivered to my door. Beyond helpful and friendly through the whole process. So grateful and happy with my purchase.

We're so happy to hear that the shipping process was a breeze for you! We just wanted to say again how sorry we are for the hiccup with the shipping company. We really do try our best to make sure our customers get their orders, so we're really happy that your blanket finally made it to you!
We bought a carpet in Fes, all was great, the negotiation, payment, shipping! Full recommendation!
Warm welcome in the shop. Based on our demand they showed us a lot of carpets and explain well the Berber tradition of making them. They offer a home delivery so you don’t need to transport yourself by plane. The package was delivered and meanwhile they are happy to help with all your questions. A good place to stop when you are in Fez! Nice price and beautiful carpets

Warm greetings marocartisan
We spent a couple hours inside this shop and had a fantastic time. We were with our three little kids and we all were happy to be there. The rugs are fantastic, top quality. The people that work there are friendly and easygoing. The prices are very good. We bought seven rugs, had some shipped back to the US and they came promptly. We highly recommend!!

Warm greetings marocartisan.
I recently visited the Marocartisan Shopand I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home.
The shop's collection of Berber kilims and white rugs was impressive. Each piece seemed to tell a story, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Morocco. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident in every thread and pattern. I ended up buying a beautiful Berber kilim and a soft white rug, both of which now adorn my living room.
What really stood out was the passion and knowledge of the staff. They patiently answered my questions about the origins of each carpet and the techniques used to create them. It was clear that they took great pride in curating authentic, high quality pieces.
If you're looking for unique, handmade textiles that blend tradition with contemporary design, Marocartisan Shop is the place to be. Their commitment to quality and warm hospitality make this shop a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exquisite Moroccan textiles.
