Migrating our online store to Maropost proved to be a significant mistake, primarily due to the inadequate support we received. The account management team was difficult to work with, often making even straightforward issues unnecessarily complicated to resolve. Their approach felt dismissive rather than collaborative, which made the experience particularly frustrating.
Additionally, the platform itself has fallen behind its competitors in terms of features and functionality. What may have been competitive when we first signed on now feels dated compared to other solutions available in the market.
I cannot recommend Maropost based on our experience.
I tried to join the job part of it, asking for money to enter data!! Which by the way is fictional the platform which you join by being invited is just a front. I expected to earn a little extra money for myself but the agent who signed me expected ne to add my own money to carry on entering data
