I wish I had checked the reviews. As other customers I was sent the wrong size boots, size 13 instead of 14 and the quality was poor.When I queried was advised I would have to pay the return shipping cost even though it was their error! Luckily they fitted my other son so I accepted 20 percent discount but be aware and don’t even think of dealing with this scam Chinese company

Echoing all the other recent reviews, avoid Maroxe like the plague. There's little point in me repeating what others have said as my experience has been the same - no indication the goods were coming from China, refusal to pay for a return, return required because of the poor quality and ridiculous sizing, etc, etc. I did manage to get them to refund 50% after many emails, threats regarding Trading Standards, etc, however I now wish I'd gone to my credit card company and tried to challenge it that way

Cheap knock off goods that aren't even close to the photos they advertise on their website. Have to pay shipping and tax to return items to China, even though they imply they are a Netherlands based company.

Well at last my two jumpers have arrived from Maroxe - they are very poor quality and because the plastic bag was so thin and too tight, the outside packaging was torn. How on earth I paid £64 for these two tops - I was completely conned. They are probably worth about £7 each. I should have read the reviews which are all bad and complaining. The photographs have been vastly enhanced and I shall never buy from Maroxe again. I cannot understand how Trustpilot allow them to use their logo!

Dreadful. The jacket I ordered was nothing like that shown on their website. It is cheap, nasty and badly made and took over two weeks to arrive. It was not worth £5 let alone nearly £50. I have been offered a voucher which I will not use having seen the quality of their merchandise. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering from these con merchants.

Firstly, i only gave 1 star as there was no option for zero!!!
We ordered a games console as a gift for Christmas, and tracking info still shows order approved, but no updates on shipping whatsoever.
Customer service ‘Mike’ & ‘Jeff’ kept sending generic emails in response to my queries advising shipping would be updated asap, but no further info given.

Chased this 5 times and was sent a link to track delivery…..I clicked it, it was someone else’s order, different address, different item! I honestly believe they simply copied another response!! When I wrote back and said enough, we wanted to cancel, I was advised that after 60mins that’s not possible - utterly terrible!

We plan on claiming this back via our credit card, as corresponding with this team is utterly soul destroying.

Please, save your hard earned cash - disappointment is all you will get from these guys!

Order some branded trainers, which arrived as cheap fakes. No refund despite returning them. Do not buy from this company

This company is a total scam . Please DO NOT BUY from this site. The website looks appealing but don't get trapped. I have ordered a coat and after chasing several times I have received the item which is awful quality. It might cost not more than £15 from a local shop I paid £53 for this extremely bad quality cost. I wish I would have read the reviews here before placed the order.

Disgrace of a company. You need to pay to return all the fees, they offer you a discount on your order that you then agree to then they say no no it’s for your next order. Avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY! Complete scam. Sent me completely different shoes that were falling apart and that were coloured in with a CRAYON that rubbed off. Wouldn’t give a refund instead offers discount codes. Complete scam. Damaged: faulty goods and basically stealing peoples hard earned money.

Buyer beware! This company is based in China. I naively assumed a shop in London - refer to the deceptive red bus photo on their website. You will receive any rubbish clothing item, if anything, and with no recourse. In short this is a SCAM COMPANY.

Do not use this company. I bought trainers that were never delivered because they put the wrong address on,post office returned to sender. Refused to give me a refund offered me a 70% voucher against any other purchase. Gave me no coice and apologised for any inconveience

Sent shoes 3 sizes too small (they even had a label stating they were a different size to those ordered) of dubious quality. Should have checked reviews beforehand as returning to China not worth the postage. Avoid

Do not buy from Maroxe, they are a SCAM company. They send fake - look alike goods. When you want a refund, you must return the goods to China at your cost.

I ordered a red trouser suit for my granddaughters wedding .when it finally arrived I was horrified to say the least.when I opened the bag it was full of a dark grey dust which covered my hands .the suot was filthy dirty all over with like grease marks on the trousers. It looked like ot had been kicked round a very dirty floor or used to clean it . I was offered initially a 5% reduction which was then increased to 20 % or I could return it to China. This suit was £62 This is not an honerable company to deal with . IF YOUR THINKING OF BUYING FROM THEM DON!'T .Against my better judge ment I have accepted the 20% discount . This suite will be going in the bin . An expensive lesson learned I REPEAT If your thinking of buying from them DON'T

Only got a one star as could not leave none.
I ordered size 13 shoes and got size 9.
Customer service refused to issue refund or send correct shoes and have offered a credit which is no good to me.. Website says no quibble refund.
Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service and the shoes are cheap and nasty.

Very bad quality shoes for a very high price. The company based in china so you would pay $25-30 for the return. Very bad company. Don’t touch them.

No reponse to my questiions about the delivery of my order. If you check out their address on Google Maps it is just a domestic flat in the Netherlands. This business is a scam and PayPal should not let them trade using the PayPal service.

Also they have what is the HQ is China Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District,and the manager is Wang Maoqin. If you call their phone numbers in the Netherlands and China the lines are dead. I wonder why?
