Meeting Customer Expectations
Many thanks to Rob and his Marpave Team (2 other guys). We were told they would be starting at 08:00 on a Tuesday morning – and yes, they did. By lunch time our front drive was basically removed of all block paving. The good thing is that Marpave did not use a skip, all the rubbish, for each day, was removed at the end of the working day. Deliveries from Suppliers were placed in spaces that Marpave worked around and had no impact to our neighbours. Once the ground was prepared and ready to lay Indian Stone, Rob would discuss with us options, should there be any, for how the end result would look. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and this was very much appreciated. Already our neighbours are eyeing up their work!
