Great customer service. Quick and positive response.
Ordered a Sage coffee machine. Arrived super fast but with outer box damaged. Customer services replied quickly putting my mind at ease. Inner box was OK and unit seems fine although haven't used it yet. Was sent a VAT invoice by email.
