We were met and greeted outside the airport,at a designated location, and our driver got us to the hotel in good time. The price for our return trip was reasonable, considering the time distance and traffic.
Forget hiring a car in Marrakesh, the traffic is scary.

Perfect service. It was easy to set up, they showed up even earlier than expected and waited until we were finished. We booked with marrakech airport transfer to simplify getting to the airport and that’s what we got.

Booked a transfer from Marrakesh airport to Hotel in Casablanca. The whole process went very smoothly. Got contact number in Uk which oversaw the booking. Then got a WhatsApp number in Morocco to contact if there is any problem. So I text them and I got a reply straight away. Explained where I wanted and the reply came back no issues. Any way I was sceptical but I was totally blown away how smooth it was handled . My wife and I got out of airport to sign board “Family travels” . There as a young man who confirmed our booking and he sat us on seats near the board while he arranged for car to come. A clean newes looking came and pick us up. The driver was very friendly and spoke manageable English which was good enough for us. He drove us for about 3 hours to Casablanca and ride was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish! Communication was clear, and the driver arrived right on time. We had to change our pickup time from the hotel, and everything was handled quickly and without any issues. Very professional and reliable service — highly recommended!

I used his website and put my destination address which then gave me a price of 109 euros. I paid the price and then 20 mins later he texted me to ask for more money (9.00 euros) for the added 9 KMs. I checked this using Google maps and advised him it is less than 1 km difference to the address I requested compared to the city center address he provided. I offered to pay the driver the difference when I arrived or if he can’t honor the quote his company sent me, then I can cancel. He replied sure I will cancel it but will only credit you 85% (exactly 30 mins after I booked it). REALLY Paul ? Who is the unethical one? So ….lets be clear…..I booked a car in Morocco website and a guy by the name of Paul texts me from the UK to ask me to give him more money…via my credit card on a link he provided in WhatsApp. Ethical? Book your car service elsewhere and Paul stop blaming everyone else for your poor and unethical business practices. Paul….take the 15 euros you stole from me and others and go take a course on customer service and yes I will continue to provide poor reviews for your company on every website so others do not get scammed.

Excellent service, both in the support of the booking and the transfer itself. When booking the night before departing I had made a type-o in the emailaddress and did not receive any confirmation. When getting in touch via whatsapp at 10pm I got an immediate response (Paul) and it was resolved quickly. Upon arrival, we unfortunately faced a 3 hour delay getting through the customs queue, yet once through we met with a very friendly Hind who immediately organised the driver to take us to the accommodation.

RELIABLE AIRPORT TRANSPORT - I travel regularly to Marrakech and this is the only company I use. All the drivers are excellent, helpful and always reliable (even when planes are delayed). You can book in advance safely paying online securely in advance so don’t need to worry about finding local currency! It’s perfect.

First time in Marrakech so was apprehensive about getting from the airport to our hotel. Booked MarrakechAirportTransfer in advance. My family and I embarked on a trip to Marrakech, a journey that we were eagerly anticipating. We were traveling with our one-year-old baby, and ensuring our child's safety was our top priority. For this reason, we pre-booked a taxi service that not only promised a smooth transfer from the airport to our hotel but also assured us of a suitable child car seat.

Before booking it, we had reached out to Paul from marrakechairporttransfer.com, providing him with all the necessary details about our family and our baby's age. He assured us with a 100% guarantee that our driver would arrive with a car equipped with a proper child car seat. We were filled with confidence and relieved that our child's safety was in good hands.

However, upon our arrival at the airport, the reality was starkly different from the promises made by Paul. The driver was indeed present to meet us, but to our dismay, his car was not equipped with the child car seat that we had been assured of. When we inquired about the situation, the driver retrieved a booster seat from the trunk, which was intended for older children and completely unsuitable for our young baby.

We tried to explain to the driver that this was not what we had agreed upon, but it became evident that he was merely an independent contractor hired by the company and did not fully grasp our concerns or the promised service. To make matters worse, Paul did not make any effort to apologize for the inconvenience or even offer to refund the money we had paid in advance.

If you are looking for a taxi service in Marrakech that prioritizes reliability, safety, and a positive customer experience, I must urge you to steer clear of this company. Our experience was marred by unfulfilled promises, a lack of accountability, and a disregard for our child's safety. When it comes to such an important aspect of your trip, there are better options available that will truly deliver on their commitments.
