Beautiful tea glasses
Really pleased with my order of tea glasses. Bought similar glasses when I visited Marrakech, great to be able to buy items without visiting!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and recommendation! We're pleased to hear you found the pouffes well made and of good quality.
We appreciate your patience with the airing process – this is common with genuine leather products and the scent does naturally fade over time. It's great to know you valued the pre-shipment photos and prompt communication; we believe in keeping our customers informed every step of the way.
Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you're now enjoying your beautiful pouffes!
All the best!!

I ordered a beautiful rug and it came just as it was pictured. It's soft and luxurious. It came right on time and I was kept up to date with shipping details.

Uses stolen and AI-generated photos – seller ignores requests
I noticed that Marrakeche.com is using some of our original product photos on their website, especially for the Moroccan leather babouches. Some other images also look AI-generated, which raises doubts about whether they actually have these products in stock.
I contacted the seller to ask them to remove our photos, but they completely ignored my messages. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and creates the impression that the website is not trustworthy.
A legitimate business should use its own real product photos and respond to copyright complaints, not stay silent.
Be cautious before buying from this site.

It's worth noting that this review appears to come from a competitor in the Moroccan handicrafts market. The timing of this accusation—without any prior contact through our official channels—combined with vague claims about "stolen photos" and "AI-generated images" suggests an attempt to damage our reputation rather than resolve a legitimate dispute.
If you were genuinely concerned about copyright infringement, you would have sent a formal DMCA notice or contacted us through proper legal channels—not posted anonymously on Trustpilot. This is a transparent attempt to undermine a competitor's credibility, and customers should recognize it as such.
Real businesses with real concerns follow proper procedures. Competitors threatened by our success resort to unfounded public attacks.
Unhelpful
I was advised that the woven leather rucksack I ordered was not available in the exact design advertised. I accepted the replacement (the original was still on the website though). I saved the bag for use on an upcoming holiday. The zip on the external pocket broke after minimal use. I reported this upon my return but was quoted their ‘30 day rule’ and they point blank refused to change the faulty product. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. If you sell products in the UK you should adhere to UK law.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the woven leather rucksack. We regret to hear about the issue with the zipper and understand your concerns.
Regarding the replacement request, we must adhere to our 30-day policy for product defects. We understand that the zipper issue became apparent after this period, and your replacement request was made three months post-purchase. While we strive to accommodate our customers' needs, our policy limitations restrict us from fulfilling a replacement request outside this timeframe.
We value your feedback as it helps us improve our products and services. Please feel free to contact our customer service team for any further assistance or concerns.
Sincerely,
I still haven’t received my product…
I still haven’t received my product (bag) unfortunately. Every time I track it, there’s another day added to the transit time. It was supposed to be here by 19th September. It’s now the 24th. I will review it once I get it which will hopefully be soon!!🤞🤞

Dear Fiona,
Thanks for shopping with us.
When choosing a shipping method in our store, it is necessary to make sure that you select the correct one for you.
After reviewing your order details, we noticed that you chose the standard shipping method, which takes 10 to 21 days for delivery. You will actually receive your order on 19 September if you choose the express shipping method.
Note: The shipment arrived at the customs office on September 25th!
The Pouf is well made and think it will…
The Pouf is well made and think it will look great in my bedroom. However, I wish I would have known it is not filled (just the cover); otherwise, I would have not bought it or looked for another one that is filled. It may help if they describe that more clearly and/or provide an option to have it filled by Marrakeche Crafts.

Thank you very much Thomas for the positive review!
Too small
Seeing the bag on the picture lying on the sand next to the lady, I had the impression that bag is quite large. It's not. It's a small to medium beach bag. The towel is enough to fill it up. Besides the measurements on the description are not even near to the real thing. It's 16cm depth 25cm width of base and 25 cm height.
I did check the description before buying. The measurements stated have nothing to do with the real thing. There are no variations Fri which to choose except for the handles. Your reply yo my complaint doesn't stand.

Thank you Yeo for your kind review!
The service on the whole I absolutely would not recommend.
I have never used the site before, they had exactly what i was looking for. When my goods arrived, (x2 wicker lamp shades) one was broken. I was told, "I could fix it easily" I paid over $100 for my goods and a premium price for DHL shipping. Finally it was agreed a replacement would be sent but this over one month later has not arrived. It has been held at customs for further payment and I was told at Customer Service at Marrakeche it was basically my problem to solve. I am still without my goods. It has been hugely disappointing. The service on the whole I absolutely would not recommend.
- Its is not a 'add-on'. This 'rope knot' it what is used to hang the shade as a chandelier; what it is advertised as in the website. It was not 'untied' it was frayed, disconnected. Broken. Finally, I am happy to pay the cost in full for the goods as I did; just not happy to twice.

This customer received a product with an untied rope knot, this tiny rope is not part of the product it is just an add-on to show how to hang the item. He could have used any rope to hang his item but he preferred to ask for a replacement. We accepted his request and sent to him a new product and told him to keep the old one. The packet was held by his country customs and he refuses to pay his taxes. We are not responsible for unpaid customs taxes.
