Complete sham, don’t be taken in by these people. Received a letter telling me everything is going ok then nothing HMRC confirmed payment and no communication from marriage tax refund, found a number called it the reply was no one there goodbye🤷♂️.
I have been in touch with trading standards next step small claims court.

Dont bother a complete waste of…
Dont bother a complete waste of time....they do not communicate..I emailed them twice to ask how claim was progressing and got same reply..basically blaming the government for having a back log and that is why taking so long!! Gave up in the end. Complete scam if you ask me.

Successful Claim but No Cheque Received
Similar to other reviews here.
A successful claim was made (confirmed by HMRC) but no cheque received and no response to any communication. Actively deleted our Facebook comments. Formal letter sent today as a last-ditch attempt.
Failing that, court proceedings and trading standards will be our next course of action.

Please do not use these scammers
Please do not use these scammers. No replies to emails, no communication at all. HMRC confirmed a cheque has been sent to them on the 12th Nov. We have heard nothing. The Facebook page has replies from them to comments going back some weeks but never recent ones, I left a message on there to be told it is rarely monitored yet replies made to comments. Please do not make our mistake. Looking into legal advice.

I would have gave no stars but there wasn’t the option. What a load of rubbish these lot are thieves!!!! Please do not use !!!
Just do it yourself. Phone tax office even if your not sure you are eligible as they are very helpful. This company get your money for you for sure but take a big cut and hang on to the money from the tax office, therefore getting interest on your money as well . These thrives should be stopped and we will probably be claiming back there dodgy fees from more dodgy firms in the future. It is a viscous circle that the government need to do something about.

DO NOT use this company or any other asscotiated companies. They are also on Facebook. Just use the OFFICIAL HMRC website. There is no need to use a third party company for Marriage Allowance claims. They will take most of you claim themselves whereas HMRC will give you all of it.

What they do is basically steal your tax refund. HMRC sent them two separate cheques totally £660 and in return they sent us £109!!!
Not the best at Maths but doesn’t take a genius to work that is a great deal more than their 25% stated fee.
There is no telephone number to contact them and no response to emails!
Please stay well clear🤬
