Snafu made right

I ordered a 230.00 item from the site. There was a small snafu and only a part of the item was delivered. I reached out by email and was responded to in less than 2 hours. The gentleman was very kind and responsive and the very next day, the complete item was delivered. This experience was very pain free. I look forward to doing more business with them.

Married Dance.com

I ordered an expensive $240 item on the 1st of March, 2022. It took 25 days to be delivered. When it got here, the motor was dead. The company did not honor the extra Priority Mail shipping fee I paid, but instead sent it Parcel Select. On the order form, Priority Mail was listed as "highly recommended," so I chose it. The company owner, "Brent" offered to "track down" the package when at 2 weeks it was still in transit- with a tracking number my local post office could not even track with. But I never heard from him until I myself emailed him again after 6 days of waiting to hear what happened to the package. "Brent" blamed the slow shipping on USPS. He claimed he simply chose the wrong shipping method by mistake. He claimed that the order was "drop shipped." Dropped shipped... from WHERE begs the question! "Brent" also blamed the slow shipping time on the fact that I had ordered the last item in stock, but promised that it was definitely on its way to me. Every step of the way, I had to email these people to try to figure out what was going on. No one answers their business phone when you call, you only get a voicemail message. These people are scam artists hiding behind a "Christian" store front. I will never do business with this company ever again. Stay far, far away from MarriedDance!
